visited here occasionally as an alt.starbucks, just for variety. service was good, but it looks like covid19 has now driven them out of business. :-(

Coffee is mediocre, but it's a nice cafe to get some work done.Coffee: I'm not at all saying I'm some coffee connoisseur, but I sure know basic coffee when I taste it. My favorite Pearl Cup drink is their mocha frozen blend and cappuccino, but I've tried their latte, drip coffee, macchiato, and chai frozen blend as well. The beans aren't burnt or anything, but I personally just don't think it's anything too special.Panini: They used to have this chicken panini shmaackkked. Since they took that off the menu, I've been getting the "Favorite Panini" - simple sandwich done right and hits the spot. Atmosphere: I used to come here a lot for their nice patio - the location is not right by a major street or highway so it's nice and quiet.Service: Yes. Yes. Yesssss. I love the workers here!

Coffee was good. Kind of hip place for young folks to hangout and work. However ordered a croissant and no microwave to heat it. Really?! Asked again and same reply. Sorry. Cannot heat the croissant. Hmm. Maybe the owner needs to taste a warm croissant to know what he or she is missing. Cmon folks - it ain’t expensive.

Disappointed in my latest visit here. I used to go here a good bit but haven't been in several months since we moved. There have been inconsistencies with quality here before but I didn't write it off at first. Went for the Pearl Latte today and basically paid $5.22 for sweetened milk. I couldn't taste the coffee at all, and I'm pretty sure there was barely any in it. I drink coffee a lot and have had many a lattes )so I'm familiar with what they should taste like), and this was just disappointing... especially when I'm choosing to splurge and spend a little more on what I would hope is high-quality coffee. I've cut back on buying coffees due to a recent lay off, so it sucks to throw that much money away for a subpar "coffee." The staff also was not very warm/friendly - if people were choosing to come to MY coffee shop right now during the pandemic, I would be ecstatic with a smile on my face when they walked in.

Was in the area so I decided to give this place a try. I got the iced pearl latte because I was told it was the most popular. It was good but not the best iced latte I've had. However, I love the ambience of this shop and wish it were closer to me because I'd totally come here just to read a book and sip some coffee on the outdoor patio! The workers were also friendly.

Relaxing, cute, freshest croissant I've had in years! Chai latte was not a spicy chai, but still tasty. Options for non-dairy milk.

Cute place...just needs more indoor seating. I'm also not a fan of how dark the atmosphere is inside. Would like to see the place open up a bit and expand. But the lattes are good and coffee is good!

Wow so I'm really shocked by this place. In a negative way of course. I'll just get straight to the point. The only thing I like is the chill vibe and convenient location. Now onto the experience: 1. They were sold out of all bread except for the coffee bread. We came for the orange bliss. Then also all the mugs are dirty so everything was served in to-go cups. Which is annoying since if I'm going to sit somewhere I want to reduce how much I'm consuming of disposable items. I'm not sure how all mugs are dirty since there's about 12 people in the coffee shop and 2/3'rds have to-go cups. - She said they've been baking all morning. I wonder how everything is sold out because when I looked around the cafe maybe 1 person was eating bread. 2. Price: I really don't have any problem paying for "expensive" coffee. If it's crafted well and correctly why complain about price? For what I was served I wouldn't consider this to be worth anything over $2. I'm sure they pulled a shot but to me it seemed more like the coffee was from a old batch out of the coffee machine. There were grounds in it which doesn't make sense because you need an espresso shot for a latte. 3. Quality: As explained before this was actually pretty bad. We ordered an almond milk latte as well was extremely bitter. My sister usually doesn't care if coffee is bitter as long as it doesn't have sugar but she said that it was too much even for her. She also described it having a soapy taste. My oat milk was pretty amazingly super burned and made the whole latte a very dark color that we initially thought it was a mocha. Won't be visiting again

Came here twice, first time all perfect... Second time I noticed there were half the people working on a Saturday morning, and it was odd to see, indeed ended up being a mess. Food was delivered to us 1h after we ordered and the person at the counter changed our order at the last minute, it was a pretty bad experience overall. Not really recommended to grab any food, which btw they run out fast so they do not even have enough for a weekend morning. Coffee is good and the barista is really nice.

It's the best coffee ever! Love their beans. Be it cappuccino or latte or cortado, it's just amazing. Their breakfast burrito is pretty decent n orange bliss muffin is a must try!

The Iced Pearl Latte was a little too bitter for my taste, but it was still good nonetheless. The Pearl Cup creates a really warm and open atmosphere, great for studying and hanging out with friends. I wouldn't give it 5 stars, but the staff was so welcoming and friendly that they definitely deserve more than 3.

Been going here for years as a student and I love this place. It's a great place to study and their coffee is great. During warmer months I love to study outside on their patio. As an added bonus they offer a small discount to students with ID. I would 100% recommend this place to people that are looking for a place to study. P.S try the Pearl Latte!!
