Just want to say a good word about the manager Nieves at the 1425 E. Renner Road #610, Richardson TX location. We originally wanted to order the Shrimp Protein Rice Bowl. But it’s no longer available on the menu. So the cashier just told us that she only knew about the PeiWei sweet chili sauce shrimp bowl. After we took the food home, it tasted way too sweet that it gave my wife a headache. So I went back to the restaurant and asked the cashier how they could make it that sweet for the customers. She then asked the manager (Nieves) what to do. The manager was so understanding that she exchanged it for us for something (Mongolian Steak) that’s much more acceptable to my wife’s health. Before Nieves the manager did this wonderful service, my wife and I were talking about may be it’s time not to order from PeiWei again because their foods are just too sweet to our taste. But after Nieves made a recommendation of another dish to take care of us, that changed our view about PeiWei. The dish recommended by Nieves actually was very good to our taste and health. So I think Nieves had just saved the reputation of PeiWei in us. Thank you Nieves!

Served by Nieves great service

Quick, clean, efficient and friendly! The food was very delicious and fresh, especially the Bourbon Chicken. The size of the spring roll was underwhelming considering the price. Romaine would have been a better choice for the lettuce wrap and the way they cut the iceberg wedge makes it a little awkward to eat but otherwise the food was very good. Service would have been better if while cleaning tables the chairs weren't shoved around loudly, the chairs are heavy and make a loud noise on the floor, they should train staff to lift instead of scraping the floor with the chair. But otherwise, this place is worth your time and money. Not complaining, just painting a complete picture of an enjoyable dinner.

Food has gone down hill, service is bad too... last meal received was awful, they promised to refund the meal and never after 4 calls I give up will not be going back.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and it was with a smile. The food was fresh and we didn’t have to wait a long time. We will definitely be back!❤️

Ordered the Orange Chicken and Firecracker Chicken. Amount of chicken in each was about the size of a pencil eraser with very thick layer of dough. Not much fire in the Firecracker chicken. Rice was dry and tasteless.

Customer service is awesome. Leo carefully described the entrees to help with choosing the meal. The restaurant is clean and nice: I also love to music playlist.
