“I think that some of the servers don't speak English well which makes them hard on the costumer. The food more than makes up for it. I love the beef noodle soups (personal preference: leave the tripe out). The shrimp spring rolls and meat balls are excellent.“

“Met with the owner at Pho Pasteur to go over a menu design, and I’ve got to say — the food was excellent. I tried the beef noodle soup while we talked and it did not disappoint. Rich broth, quality ingredients, and full of flavor. Great hospitality and a great overall experience. Definitely a place worth visiting.“
