This pho place has become a favorite of mine, despite being my first experience with pho. I’m a repeat customer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. The quality of their soup is exceptional. Their beef stew #9 is a must-try. It comes with tender beef pieces, carrots, and a generous amount of fat that adds a delightful flavor. The thin rice noodles complement the dish perfectly. I recently tried their spicy beef stew #25, and it was equally delicious. It features thin slices of beef, pig feet (if you’re a fan of menudo, you’ll love the flavour) and thicker rice noodles. I also enjoy their hot tea, which has a slightly bitter taste that I find palate cleansing.

We wanted pho so we decided to get this place to try with all the reviews. We got the chicken and asked for all white meat came home and there was dark meat in it. The noodles were not cooked fully they are hard and the flavor overall wasn’t great. I’ve definitely had better.

Saw many good reviews online but the food was disappointing. Ordered a medium pho but in a small amount. Soup was just ok, pretty light. Got a boba thai tea, boba was too soft and had an artificial flavor andThai tea was pretty plain.

I like this place but the last time I was here I think they served me in a bowl that was not clean. There was grime stuck to the bowl that was hard to rub off like it had been on there for a while.
Pho Bac is definitely a diamond in the rough….would not think but this place has the most authentic pho I have ever tasted. Everything is so authentic and delicious. The best thing is the service is super quick… staff is ready to take your order and you get you food really fast but fresh food for sure! I totally recommend this pho joint!!
