I had the pleasure of trying the bánh canh cua here and it was absolutely amazing! The broth was rich and flavorful, with just the right balance of sweetness and umami from the crab. The crab meat was fresh, tender, and generous in portion. If you’re a fan of crab or Vietnamese soups, you definitely need to try this!

This is a regular pho place for our family. Since moving to the neighborhood this is a once every week or two. Standard beef pho is always great. The broth here is what separates Pasteur from all other pho establishments. Always order a side of spring rolls and a coconut water.

By far worst service I’ve had out of the multiple locations I’ve been to. I felt rushed, they sat others down before us. And also checked on other tables, but not ours. I’m not sure what it was but the service was piss poor.

So my better half loves pho. He always wants me to eat it with him but I am not a fan. But the restaurant was clean and our waiter was really nice and checked back on us a couple of times. If you like pho, this is a great place to go.

Pho Pasteur is a true gem in Richardson. I ordered the #7 — Eye of Round Steak and Meatball Pho — and it was outstanding. The broth was rich, deeply flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. The steak was tender, the meatballs were hearty, and the noodles had the perfect texture.
I also had the Vietnamese iced coffee, which was bold, smooth, and perfectly sweet — a great complement to the pho.
Service was fast and efficient. The staff is quiet but professional, letting the food do all the talking. If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine done right, this is the spot.

Pho pasteur is the type of pho you get when u want a more authentic pho taste. This pho, unlike other pho restaurants, has a very deep rish broth that is not msg full. The borth tastes much healthier than other places and has a more sweet hint than a salty taste. The portions were decently big for the price too, so overall, it's really good.
