Great bowl of pho. Other menu items look good as well. Plan to come back and try new things on next visit.

Met with the owner at Pho Pasteur to go over a menu design, and I’ve got to say — the food was excellent. I tried the beef noodle soup while we talked and it did not disappoint. Rich broth, quality ingredients, and full of flavor. Great hospitality and a great overall experience. Definitely a place worth visiting.

super greasy food the Bo kho was so greasy i could scoop up a spoonful of the grease floating on top. Also, the noodles were stuck together and undercooked. The spring rolls were dry and hard just didn’t taste fresh.. Would not recommend going here..

The food was mediocre , on top of that the cashier who served us needs to be retrain on customer services.

Management really needs to look into this and retrain their staff on how to treat customers. There is no excuse for being rude or shouting in a customer’s face like that. The female staff member who served us around 2:20 PM yesterday had a very rude and disrespectful attitude toward us.

I come here every few years and it's delicious everytime. I order shrimp spring rolls, Pho Ga with chicken broth, and Vietnamese coffee.
Their peanut sauce is thick and has a strong peanut taste; I can't find a place that tastes better.
The chicken broth is flavorful on it's own but adding the fresh greens, hoisin or more lime juice can make it taste yummy in a different way.
This time we tried the steak and eggs; beats any chain brunch spot... not what we expected; pleasant is the best way to describe it!

Best Vietnamese food I've ever had!, the broken rice with pork is the best!

The service is good, and the seating is comfortable. Menu options are plenty. The pho and stew portions are generous, but the grilled pork chop is not boned in and tough to chew.

I witnessed a line cook exit the men’s restroom with cooking gloves on and enter the kitchen without washing or changing gloves. I reported it immediately onsite to management yesterday and they indicated they would have the line cook change gloves. I told them they would need to sanitize and throw away food items handles. Can’t imagine him handling his private areas or cleaning himself and then handling food. They downplayed the seriousness of the situation and I decided to leave the premise before my food ordered arrived. My family and I have been going to this food establishment for 20 years since graduating from UTD and I’m sad to report their insolence and lack of attention to the whole situation.

I have made a formal report with the city of Richardson, TX.
