I had the pleasure of trying the bánh canh cua here and it was absolutely amazing! The broth was rich and flavorful, with just the right balance of sweetness and umami from the crab. The crab meat was fresh, tender, and generous in portion. If you’re a fan of crab or Vietnamese soups, you definitely need to try this!

We order . banh canh cua “ Crab noodle 🦀 “ and it good . I definitely coming back . 10 🌟 but I wish they come with “ giò cháo quãy “ i was buy giò cháo quẩy at the market to eat with my bow 🤭

This is a regular pho place for our family. Since moving to the neighborhood this is a once every week or two. Standard beef pho is always great. The broth here is what separates Pasteur from all other pho establishments. Always order a side of spring rolls and a coconut water.
