Met with the owner at Pho Pasteur to go over a menu design, and I’ve got to say — the food was excellent. I tried the beef noodle soup while we talked and it did not disappoint. Rich broth, quality ingredients, and full of flavor. Great hospitality and a great overall experience. Definitely a place worth visiting.
I come here every few years and it's delicious everytime. I order shrimp spring rolls, Pho Ga with chicken broth, and Vietnamese coffee.
Their peanut sauce is thick and has a strong peanut taste; I can't find a place that tastes better.
The chicken broth is flavorful on it's own but adding the fresh greens, hoisin or more lime juice can make it taste yummy in a different way.
This time we tried the steak and eggs; beats any chain brunch...

Consistently fast service and good prices. I came here after a long wait at Pho Bac, and needed something quick before heading off to my next destination. I was able to get my food, eat, and check out quickly which was much appreciated.
My main complaint was that the meat quality, especially on the fatty brisket, didn't seem to be the best. There was way too much fat for my liking and it was pretty stringy and hard to chew, getting easily stuck in the teeth....
