Place is overpriced. Much better options around like Pho Bac or Pastuer nearby.

Wonderful customer service! The lady at the front was so sweet and kind. I will be stopping by for an early dinner from now on when I have the chance before my night classes at UTD.

They have a dedicated vegan section on their menu. The owners are really sweet. My favorites to get here is the vegan pho (V4) and the vegan tofu vermicelli bowl (V6).

Literally our family’s favorite restaurant! My 4 year old really loves the food and always eats so much, and the owners are always so kind and welcoming! The noise level is so perfect for talking but still having something to listen to. The food is seriously amazing, we have tried literally all the Pho places near us and they are the best! My 4 year old likes their meatball Pho (a really tasty noodle soup to him) and I love i can get vegetables in it that he’ll eat because the broth is so good! And the vegetables so fresh! He especially loves getting “tiny corn” in his, it’s very fun. But highly recommend, a great place to bring kids who are learning to eat at restaurants. Also I like to eat vegan there, and their tofu is good! A great vegan option restaurant! Then my husband gets all the tasty meat, haha! He says it’s amazing too :)

Vegetarian options: The veggie Pho is so good! One of the best vegetarian broths, and they do a great job with tofu when I get that. There’s lots of vegan and vegetarian options that are really good! I’m an omnivore but I get them anyway here because they’re good!

Kid-friendliness: Smaller place, quiet, when my son was small they would give him a plastic cup, and a smaller plate/bowl so I could prep his food to put on it. But they are very understanding about kids, and there’s TV’s but my son likes to watch the pictures of Vietnam and food go by (very low stimulation but engaging enough to make waiting easy). But it’s not crowded so we could get up and walk around with him. Food is kid friendly! Noodles, meatballs/tofu, and soft pre-cut veggies, yay!

Good spot with authentic pho and vietnamese coffee prepared for you at the table. A bit pricy for lunch but it was good.

This Vietnamese eatery offers a comprehensive menu, covering all the cuisine's staples. In addition to familiar dishes, they also serve more traditional offerings like "pig feet" and "blood cake," which may appeal to adventurous eaters while potentially being off-putting to others.

We appreciated that the dishes were served with the appropriate accompaniments, such as mung bean sprouts, holy (Thai) basil, and jalapenos. This attention to detail enhanced the overall dining experience. Adding to the ambiance, two TVs show still photos of life in Vietnam, offering a glimpse into the country's culture, while another TV displays cooking demonstrations.

One area for improvement would be the overall atmosphere. While the TVs showing Vietnamese life and cooking are a nice touch, we found the rock music to be a bit loud and distracting, making conversation difficult. Replacing it with something more conducive to conversation would enhance the dining experience.

We also felt that some of the restaurant's policies could be more welcoming. The bold sign stating "no public restrooms" is not particularly inviting. Additionally, charging extra for substituting steamed rice for rice noodles (or vice versa!) seems unnecessary and could easily be eliminated to improve customer satisfaction.

On the positive side, the service was friendly and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated the attentiveness of the aunt with the frequently changing hair color, who was particularly accommodating and willing to help us with our attempts at speaking Vietnamese. Her helpfulness added a personal touch to our visit.

Overall, this restaurant has a lot to offer. The authentic cuisine, the glimpses into Vietnamese life on the TVs, and the attentive service are definite strengths. With a few adjustments to the atmosphere and policies, it could become an even more enjoyable dining destination.

As ordinary consumers, we are not paid or compensated in any way for this review. We are always looking for reliable and transparent businesses and hope the owner will take this feedback into consideration.

Hands down the best pho we’ve had in the DFW area. I was contemplating on going since it looked empty but I’m so glad we went in. As soon as we walked in you can smell the broth so good ! Their chicken fried rice is amazing our kids loved it. Definitely our go to spot now
