Threw away pizza despite still being hungry.

Caramelized onions were still crunchy but somehow spicier than the jalepenos.
Barely any marinara sauce.
Unsure if they messed up my order & gave me a hand-tossed crust or if they just have a poor pan crust.

Ordered through the app & had it ready for pickup within 15min, but the guy at the pickup desk was weird. Asked me how I was doing & then said "are you here to pick up?" before I could finish responding.
I don't care if you want to skip greetings & get straight to the point, but don't bother engaging in pleasantries if you're too impatient to let the words "good, how about yourself?" finish coming out of my mouth.

It was Super Bowl Sunday, and the lone person at the front of the store did his best to accommodate the 10+ people waiting to pick up their orders in the very cramped lobby. He clearly needed help, but he remained professional throughout. What was very annoying, and I don't hold him accountable, was the constant ringing of the phone that was never answered as there was no one available to do so. That is something that I'd expect Pizza Hut to correct going forward. An extra hand up front is also needed on particularly days, when we all know it's going to be needed to deliver stellar customer service. Lastly, while the cooks in the back kept the food going for take outs and deliveries, they too needed help as it appears that the delay in our pizzas being ready at 6 pm was over 30-minutes late. That is not a good statistic from my perspective.

Whoever Jim is had the worst customer service I’ve ever dealer with. I never go out of my way to write a review; but whenever you’re this bad your company deserves to know. All I wanted to to do was add a Dr Pepper. He told me that would be “too much for the driver” to add on? Doesn’t make sense

Very bad experience, the people there are very rude and don't want to take orders from you, they stopped me from giving a credit for a poorly made order and when I said to complain about it they said I didn't have anything very suspicious, the workers too

Prefer a hut driver if one isn't a available cancle the order a phone call would be nice. Door dash drops it off in the wrong spot. No hut driver no order sick of pizza hut sending it threw door dash.

It was a worst experience, No one was there to take the order, I waited for around 15minutes until the store manager came and he was taking my order. I ordered Alfredo pasta without meat and was mentioned twice without any meat but they gave me chicken Alfredo pasta.I’ve never had this kind of experience at any Pizza Hut, But this location has the worst customer service. They don’t even no how to control the situation with the customer.

Wish there was a way to leave zero stars. I guess it was time for me to have the negative experience. I've ordered carry out over the years from this location without issues; however I've witnessed how others encountered unpleasant transactions. On May 9, 2024, I placed an order over the phone, the one who took the order sounded older Hispanic male. I was told 15 mins. I arrived at the location approximately 20 min later and who I assume took the order was the one at the register, older Hispanic male looking like a character, wearing sunglasses inside, thick large chain and multiple big rings on his fingers. He proceeds to tell me that I never called/placed order. I showed him the call history on my phone. I asked him to check his call history and said he couldn't do that. He looked up my account and said no order was placed. He didn't apologize or anything. I will NOT be returning here, after 15+ years of being a customer. I'm one of those who never forgets how I was treated. I gladly gave my business to a small business around the corner.
