I decided to go here at 8:00 pm . My first time here . The customer service was not good at all . The person who helped me was Matthew he did not greet me nor did he help with the menu . He was very rude like he didn’t want to be at work today . My order was wrong but by the time I got home I wasn’t going to be able to go back and get it corrected there was little to no meat on my sandwich . If I could give The customer 0 starts I would . This was my first time here and the first experience was terrible I will not be back

Normal sandwich. Place was completely empty when we arrived and we ordered through the app. The wait was a bit long for a mobile order when we could watch them make the sandwhich when the place is empty. They sticker they use to bag the order is very powerful. If you are afraid someone might've tampered with your food, you will definitely know.Got the Italian and it was a pretty normal sandwich. A safe place to go if you need somewhere reasonably priced to eat.

don’t ever order delivery from the potbelly app. you will not get your food. we have tried twice now and are just left hungry and confused. order through door dash. why offer it through the app if you can’t “deliver”?
Came here during what I thought would be rush hour and was pleasantly surprised with how fast I was in and out of that shop! My sandwich was great and they didn't skimp on toppings. It was also free cookie day (with the app) so I got a cookie as well. Restaurant appeared clean and the employees were kind and informative.

Best hot peppers and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. I get their peppers by the jar. Their sandwiches are all delicious! Also recommend the mac and cheese. Potbelly is one of my favorite sandwich shops in town!

My daughter went through the line with me and asked for an “extra special” Oreo shake.The manager shouted “extra special Oreo shake” down the line, and completely made her day!!! She has been sick so I’ve been buying her whatever she wants to eat, and she keeps requesting “hot belly”. Y’all literally made our day and I can’t express enough gratitude! The chicken and cheese sandwich is one of our all time favorites along with their potato or broccoli cheddar cheese soup! The staff is friendly and always acknowledges our kids in a kind way! This is a great place to come to for an in between of fast food/ dine in! It's a generally clean restaurant with interesting decor to read!
