Puer Tea and Coffee

Tea was very good. The owner was extremely nice and personable.

We walked in 25 minutes before the posted closing time and the lady yells at us “we’re closed!”
Then I look at her and tell her “your sign says you’re open” and then she rolls her eyes and mumbles something under her breath.
It was my first time here and my last time.

Cute little boba shop! Was in the area for a different boba shop but it had closed down, saw pu’er and decided to give it a try. 10/10 service was great, drinks were amazing! Definitely coming back!

Apparently you can't choose any drink for the happy hour buy 2 get 1 free event because they added a new small poster inside the store. The drink is extremely sweet, I asked for 25% sweet and its sweeter than most boba shop with 100% sweet.

Today, Wednesday, July 16, 2025, we ordered 3 drinks. One of them, I asked if they could prepare me a mango, coconut, and boba smoothie. The girl told me that she would have to charge me extra for the second flavor. I accepted, and when she handed me the drinks, I left. A few minutes later, I realized that my drink didn't have any boba flavors. My daughter did me a favor by going back to mention what had happened to the young lady. She started arguing with my daughter, claiming that I never asked for the boba flavors. When my daughter mentioned this to me, I immediately went back and asked her what the problem was, and she told me that I hadn't asked for the boba flavor. I told her that I had and that she only mentioned that she would have to charge me extra for the boba flavor. I finally left the drink on the counter and left the establishment. It's very unpleasant to argue with an employee, especially when they don't accept a mistake. My daughter even mentioned that she had heard me order the drink that way.
If a person doesn't like serving a customer with respect and doing their job responsibly, why don't they look for another type of job?

The boba shop PUER is sooo beutifull. I love the planta it gives asthetic. The boba is AMAZING i always get the bluebarry boba that one is my personal favorite. And the boba is closed to My house so i usally go to PUER. And they sell thing they sell legos to build and plushis and You can get cookies for 75¢.Go yo PUER it is AMAZING that is where i went to get boba and where i first tride boba ✨AMAZING✨ -love it 10/10
