So good was good however I was given a free entree coupon by one of their consultants and the lady at the front declined it despite being able to demonstrate to them the person who gave it too me was in fact part of their leadership team she would not honor it, which was embarrassing to say the least. Pretty sure she just didn’t know how to process the coupon which if she had said that I would have understood and no big deal. Certainly won’t be coming back.

Dry, dry, dry… had one of the steak burritos and it was like it had no sauce at all. No option to add cheese or anything either online. Was not worth the drive out of my way, will probably never come back to this location. I can make a mostly rice burrito at home. Or get one from chipotle for $4 cheaper. Or freebirds where it will actually taste good.

foods decent. but the interior has been grimy even in the 2010s up till now. peeling busted bench seats, kinda grimy mismatched tables and bathroom.
food is a nice change of pace vs chipotle though. the pickled onions, jalapenos and fresh cilantro make the food here pop.

I always get good service at this location. It is always clean and the wait is almost always extremely short. Highly recommended.

First time visiting Qdoba and although the service was amazing not so much as the food. I found some hard object in my bowl and not quite sure what it was. I think it’s time to avoid restaurants for a bit. The food quality is not what it use to be. Business owner does not have any pride in the food or the environment.

Love this place. Not as expensive as Chipotle, nor as crowded with people standing around talking and not ordering. Also, the big one, when you ask for double, they give you double. Tastes fantastic as well.

Horrendous experience! The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. They seemed like they weren't even in the mood to serve me, were not listening to what I was asking for and just rushing to make my order even though I was the only person in the store. They didn't seal my quesadilla so all the filling fell out, it wasn't fully cooked, they didn't give me pickled onions, they were just normal cooked onions and did not have pickled onions - these cooked onions were put in the spot of the pickled onions, they didn't give me queso like I asked for and I had to wait five minutes for them to check me out. In addition, no one was talking to me and the floor was sticky. I also had a free chips and salsa coupon and I asked them multiple times to redeem that but they redeemed it from my app instead as they were not listening to what I was saying. Overall, would not recommend to anyone to come here - extremely subpar experience on all fronts.

The employees are all extremely rude except for an older Hispanic woman who is very nice and friendly. I was just checked out by one of the younger employees and she was so rude and in a rush that I wasn't even able to ask for chips. I also showed her my student ID and she didn't even acknowledge me or ask if I wanted my receipt. She just walked away as soon as she was done bagging my bowl. This type of service has happened each time I have come to this location. It is always unpleasant and puts me in a bad mood. Would not recommend based on the service I have received.

Went on National Burrito Day and it took 45 mins for them to make it and my friend said there was hardly any protein in the burrito and it was half the size. The tortillas were uncooked. We ended up throwing the food in trash. The employees were nice, but the food sucked big time. Avoid this store.

Restaurant took 20 mins to give order. Worker kept asking me what my name was and as I told him he said they did not have the order and could not find the ticket. They had me make sure the transaction went through my bank account and confirmation email which I had. Manager never came to talk to me. Once waiting 20 mins and showing my name he proceeds to say I need to pronounce my name correctly as my name is Enna and they thought it was Anna. The order had been sitting there the whole time. Worker gave an attitude and could have asked more questions such as what I ordered and order number. Will not be returning due bad service.

We love Qdoba! Wish there was one closer to our house. My favorite their Steak burrito, but I've gotten the Nachos which are also tasty. Add all your favorite toppings.

Love coming here! One particular associate is so kind, sweet, personable!
A male associate was impatient, had us feeling rushed like he had to be somewhere. It was not even near closing time.

The people were nice. Food was fairly average. Expected at least a bit of flavor.
