I eat here about once every other month. But never again - we found a rock in the salad. Literally, a rock.
Took the salad back and they blamed the customer. Yes, I really have the time to drive to the store, pick up food, drive home, find a rock, and then drive back to complain. Wtf? They seriously think someone would go through that much effort just to ask for a new salad?
The last time I visited they gave me someone else’s order and then ran to my car to take it back.
This place is a total disaster.

This is the first qdoba who has said that they cannot make quessedillas by adding rice and beans. It is a waste of money when you are unable to.customize your item. When the charges are the same for a burrito or a quessedilla what is the harm is allowing it to customize it. All other places I was allowed. This one in Richardson were very rude and did not allow me to make the customization to add rice and beans. I did not want any meat in mine so really did not understand what harm would I cause by adding rice and beans

This is quite possibly the rudest and most unjustifiably overpriced taco joint I have ever been to. I have come here off and on since 2015 when I lived closer, and each time I keep hoping that since the food is good, maybe the service will be also. Unfortunately, no, and what is worse, it has been a pattern for 9 years, ever since they gave my disabled friend crap about his service animal. Pro tip: if you can't run a restaurant without arguing with customers, violating federal law, forcing customers to order quickly and follow your unalterable process, and giving them a hard time about holding up your line, do us all a favor and quit the restaurant business. After all, there is Chipotle and despite their struggles with pickup orders, at least they are trying to be friendly and pleasant.

Wife drove half hour to order food. Prior to leaving, she called and spoke to a gentleman and asked if they had impossible meat and he said yes. She gets there and they don’t sell it anymore. If you don’t have something just say we do not offer it anymore. What a waste of time.
