My girlfriend just came in there around 120 pm she had the Peach Sunshine Smoothie on her break. She said the smoothie was fresh and the customer service was amazing. She asked me to leave a review for her because she had to get back into work.

Only go here if you are looking for something sweet.

If your interested in the yogurt parfait they have on their website and pictures, they don't actually have that.

I tried a chicken Ceasars wrap instead and for the 10 dollars I paid for it it was not at all worth it. You could get a better wrap from almost a where else.

Though all that to say, their dessert stuff looked pretty good. Just don't be expecting any of the healthier options they have to be any good.

Red Mango Cafe never disappoints! Their açaí bowls are hands down the best I’ve had—super fresh, perfectly blended, and loaded with delicious toppings. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The staff is friendly, the cafe is clean and welcoming, and the service is always fast. Whether I'm grabbing a quick pick-me-up or just craving something refreshing, this is my go-to spot. Highly recommend if you're an açaí bowl lover!

Ordered the cali on a flour tortilla and it was visually put together but was a mess inside…

One half of the tortilla was missing tomatoes and bacon.. and the other half was stuffed with tomatoes and bacon so it wasn’t very balanced or appetizing.

When I mentioned my meal was missing the balsamic vinaigrette, the employee then mentioned they were out and offered other sauces…. But had I known they were out of balsamic vinaigrette I would’ve ordered something different.

The Peach Sunshine smoothie was really good.

I’d give the food 2 stars.
Service 3 stars.

I absolutely love this cafe. Me and my mom stopped by here because I couldn’t eat solids after I got my braces on, and everyone inside was absolutely eager to help me find a meal substitute as well as a treat for the road. The menu for the cafe is extremely extensive and the amount of variety makes me want to keep going back to try all of the different items. I’ve tried a (personalized) açaí bowl as well as a meal replacement smoothie, and both were absolutely delicious. Again- THE MENU VARIETY!! Amazing place with absolutely kind, real, down to earth employees.

We were disappointed to find that the store closed at 8 PM, even though Google listed the hours until 9 PM (a couple of Saturdays ago). We had driven quite a distance to get Red Mango for my sister's birthday. However, Tracy, the manager, was sitting out front and, after hearing our frustrations and learning it was my sister's birthday, she kindly reopened the store so we could get our frozen yogurt, even though the toppings were already put away. We truly appreciated her accommodating us and making my sister's birthday special. I'd give a 5-star rating if I were just rating Tracy, but I'm giving this 3 stars because the issue could have been avoided if the store had updated their Google Profile store hours to reflect their actual store hours.

I really don't recommend it, it's too expensive for what you get.
$15 dollars for mini crossant and small coffee

I come here faithfully! Tracy is very sweet, always super helpful and has great customer service. There isn't a day where she seems to be in a bad mood. She also makes the best smoothies!

Older lady who took my order was not nice and very dismissive. She also didn't know how to make my order as she kept glancing at the menu to see what ingredients, "El Capri" had. Maybe thats why it tasted bad. Felt like I paid for a poorly made "grilled fold". I went there as the pictures looked super tasty but turns out I should have just checked the poor reviews first. Also I would advise you that the menu pictures are not at all what they sell.

Horrible! We have been to a lot of self service yogurt shops in the Dallas Ft Worth area over the years. This one has got to be the worst of them all. We should've turned around immediately when we walked in and noticed that they only had 4 flavors (out of 8 possible stations) one of which was a "mystery flavor". They also had no toppings to speak of, except for a few nuts and candies in plastic containers. No fruit, etc. The "yogurt" had the worst texture and melted into water almost immediately in my cup as I was driving home. What even is that crap?
We literally could've gone anywhere from Yumalicious to Pink Berry or anywhere in between and had a better experience. I should've listened to the reviews and to my instinct, but I wanted to give it a shot since it is in our neighborhood . I feel so disgusted and ripped off by this place.

I tried the club remix and as soon as i took a bite i knew something was definitely spoiled & that made the whole thing just taste odd, i had my friend try it and she agreed. Pretty disappointed since it was basically $10

Learn how to run one business properly before you just cram three mediocre businesses under the same roof. Terrible just terrible.

Just discovered this new place for me. They have a good variety of acai bowls and smoothies, so may come back and try others. They also offer frozen yogurt. The service was quite slow through and they were not busy on a weekday after lunch hours.
