I had a strawberry banana protein Shake was delicious, also had the strawberry banana waffle was really good. Server was very nice. Recommend 100% after a good workout, in my case after running 5 miles was very pleased to have this place.
Found this place a year ago. They are very warm welcoming and have a positive atmosphere . It is a very family friendly environment. I came in for a Protein Shake , chose the Strawberry Cheesecake and it was delicious. Would recommend to anyone trying to be a little more health conscious or just looking for a healthy snack .
Highly recommend this place. They have great smoothies and teas they are also healthy. Their waffles are thick and delicious. Also the atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. I’ll give it a 10/10 if could
