Royal Sichuan is the best and most authentic Chinese food I've had in Dallas. They have the best Mapo tofu I've ever had, I get it extra spicy with ground pork, it's SO good it's unreal, you have to try it! The service is super fast and the employees are kind, I love how the music isn't too loud as well.

Royal Sichuan is located in Richardson’s Chinatown, which is super convenient if you're in the area. The food is okay — some dishes are better than others, but nothing really stands out.
Unfortunately, the service here leaves a lot to be desired. It’s extremely slow, and the staff feels unorganized and unprofessional. Be prepared to wait quite a while for both ordering and getting your food, even when it’s not busy.

Got the Mapo Tofu, very good. Great lunch spot for us.
Food is good but felt all waiters hurried me to order, also got up more times than I'd like to ask for forks and water. Service was not like it used to be and I don't recommend.

Super great service and speedy preparation. The portions are usually big enough that we always have leftovers. It's BYOB. Would love to come here more often. Would recommend the spicy boiled fish.

Absolutely loved their food !! It was one of the tastiest meals I've had. The spicy chicken and the sliced fish in rattan pepper were superb. Would certainly recommend this place for a great meal.

The dandan noodles and hot and sour soup are delicious. The noodles are springy and not overcooked. The pork sauce was very good if a bit greasy. The hot and sour soup is vegetarian which I appreciate.
