I ordered falafel wrap, I saw chef and cashier eating from orders while preparing with same hands and wrapping the orders. When my order about to wrap, the falafel fell down and I saw he was using the same one on the wrap. When I said the same thing to cashier he did not even said sorry or felt guilty simply said will void the transaction. Never order online or visit the restaurant

I love this place. Their chicken shawarma saj bread is breathtaking, very tender and moist. I definitely recommend this place. This is my number 1 favorite shawarma place to go to.

Incredible Portions and Unbeatable Freshness!

I recently visited Royale Shawarma and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. If you are looking for authentic flavors combined with incredible value, this is the place to go.

The first thing that stands out is the massive portion size. The servings are truly generous—so large, in fact, that one meal easily turned into two full servings for me! It is rare to find a place that offers such great quantity without sacrificing quality.

Speaking of quality, the ingredients are exceptionally fresh. You can tell they take pride in what they serve; from the crisp vegetables to the perfectly seasoned meats, everything tasted vibrant and high-quality. The restaurant itself is also very clean and well-maintained, which makes for a comfortable dining atmosphere.

Overall, Royale Shawarma offers a fantastic dining experience with its clean environment, fresh ingredients, and huge portions. I am already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone in the area! 10/10.

The food here is good but the wait times are insane. We waited almost 40 minutes for ONE shawarma. The last time we came, we waited 25 minutes as well but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. It seems like this is the typical wait time for this business.

No Second time we tried and explained to them today that last time we ordered we thru away all sandwiches in trash and we actually did same thing today as well due gross meats and chicken No recommendations at all

Royal Shawarma is one of the top-notch spots in Dallas. The chicken broast is absolutely scrumptious and incredibly juicy—I loved it! I highly recommend this outstanding restaurant. The owner is wonderful, the staff is amazing, and the taste is simply excellent.
