I ordered from Royal shawarma . I ordered one chicken and 2 beef shawarma sandwiches and one falafel. They sent the order wrong . They sent 3 chicken sandwiches and one falafel. The food was horrible . The chicken has a very bad smell and we could not even taste it . The falafel sandwich was very dry and the sauce on falafel was horrible is like there is sugar inside the sauce. This is nothing close to authentic shawarma or falafel taste. The bread was so dry . We were very disappointed. We ended up throwing the whole food in the garbage. Never again this place!

OMG! Let me tell you about my experience at Shawarma Royale. The owner and every single customer there were the kindest people ever! When I called to place my order for an event, the owner was so incredibly kind and helpful. They made sure everything was taken care of and gave me the warmest customer service. And guess what? When I went to pick up my order, the other customers waiting in line were also super friendly and kind. It created such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. I couldn't help but feel like part of a big happy family. I'm definitely gonna spread the word about the owner's kindness and the amazing customers at Shawarma Royale. Thank you so much ?

Food here is 10/10. Every time I have been here food is alway consistent, delicious. My only issue was the lady in the front register, she has an attitude problem. She doesn’t smile, or greet you. ( management please talk to her or something )
