Great food and generous portions sizes. Theres a delicious flavor to the burgers and cheesesteak that sets them apart from your run of the mill generic burger joint. The fooseball table is a nice touch that lets you get a game in while you wait for your food. Definitely coming back.

Food was very good, fresh, and hot. Spicy pepper was actually spicy and fries had good texture and seasoning was light but good! Folks were friendly too. It’s on the “second level” of the shopping center, so drive up the ramp. Well worth it, will be going back!

Just tried this new restaurant in Richardson because of all the social media posts. We ordered 2 Philly Steak & Cheese sandwiches and I also ordered 1 small french fries. The sandwich was ok. I give it a 4 out of 10 because there was very little steak and less cheese. Only a small drizzle of cheese. It was hot and the bread was a little toasted. The fries were ok. They were in the thin fries which I do not like at all. I know I ordered a small but it was very small. The fries came out about 8 minutes before our sandwiches which I didn't understand. I rather everything come out at once. Over all this place was just ok. The atmosphere was ok. It was a little dead when we were there and it's a bit awkward to order when the guy at the register is just staring at you the whole time. They didn't have any paper menus. You had to look up to see the menu above. It's a bit expensive compared to the portion of food you get. I might be back but more than likely I won't return. It was ok.

Went around 12:10-15 for their grand opening. Firstly, they mentioned first 20 get free meal. The people ahead of me got ticket #16, hence I would’ve been ticket #17 but didn’t get a ticket. At the register was told there was another family who came before and we gave the tickets 17-20 to them, they were the first to be here, but shouldn’t they have gotten tickets 1-3 then? People who were like 4 people ahead of us also said we should’ve gotten the tickets. Idk what happened but customer should have been honored. They even said that the person didn’t order, just took the tickets, so shouldn’t it be first 20 orders then?
Secondly, got to the register and ordered our food, asked to get it cut in half..response: we are too busy, we can’t. Umm seriously? Takes 10 seconds to cut in half…like what kind of excuse is that?
So was now also denied cutting my food in half, a small and simple request. I’ve been in the food industry myself, we tried to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability and gave free food often to reassure our customers, because they’re not numbers, they are our honored guests and our whole business too. I just felt like a number to them, your business runs by customers, so honor and accommodate them.
Lastly, was supposed to get 3 raffle tickets as it was per purchase (we ordered 3) and were given 1, even after pointing out we should get 3. Owners’ family member confirmed we were to get 3.
Moreover, waited 20+ mins for food and someone behind us got theirs first.
When we mentioned all this to the family of the owner, all we got was a sorry that shouldn’t have happened, and received 2 of the raffles we were already supposed to get
Not coming back, was made to feel like just a number for transaction. No care or concern was given. While the food is decent, the customer experience was poor
Edit: it was really not busy when I went, only a few people behind me. Still doesn’t make sense how not cutting my sandwich in half makes it “fair for everyone” takes a few secs, but it was the way they said it that rendered my complaint more so:very impatiently and rudely.
