For me this is a great addition to places that I go for lunch. They are always friendly and fast. I've not yet had a bad experience with the food or customer care. And the salad is good. I always get the Cobb Chicken salad and I love everything but the dressing that seems to be a little runny. Overall great experience with this place.

I’m so annoyed right now. I have a quick break from work so I was planning on eating my lunch in my car. I got my salad and no utensils, I don’t have any in my car and there’s none in the office! I guess I’ll just starve because yall forgot to put a fork in my bag!!

loved the fast salad option, in my line of work i am always on the go and you get really tired of gas station food and fast food restaurants. this is a great alternative... the drinks are tooooo sweet though. calm that sugar down.

Very unprofessional. Placed an online order. Arrived at the drive thru. Was told to pull into a parking spot. Watched several cars come and go while I was waiting. After a long time they waved at me through the window to come and get the food instead of bringing it out. No apology, no explanation. Barely even looked at me. Upon looking in the bag two of the items ordered were missing. Will not be returning. Very poor customer service. Normally love other salad and go locations.

This was my first visit, The menu sign light was out and the kids inside did not know how to turn it on, so everyone in the drive through were guessing at what they were ordering. My salad was something to give to the animals in the barn yard. I did not enjoy it at all. Disappointing.

I always love Salad n Go bc of the prices and the quality of their food. The portion sizes are great and it’s healthy! Today I got a wrap and the new soup. I drove home and relaxed maybe 10 minutes before eating– soup was still hot! The employees here are kind and good listeners. The line was so fast! Always so delicious too.
