We use the drive up but you can go inside. We usually go when in area on personal business. We order the Cobb Salad and split it. Easy to do even in car. It comes in a large clam shell type container so after shaking up, we divide it between the top lid and base. Works great.

Do NOT pull into this drive-through only business anywhere near lunchtime if you don't have a lot of time on your hands. Luckily after about 15 min, the people behind me got sick of it and left so I was no longer physically captive and I left too. Salads have got to be about the easiest thing there is to make, yet it takes about 5 min per car from what I saw. So if there are 9 or 10 cars in the two ordering lanes, you could go to a normal lunch spot, order, sit down and eat before you would be served a to-go salad at this place.

I normally go to the one in Lewisville and they are amazing!! Decided to try the one by my house in Richardson twice. Big mistake! The young Lady at the window was super super rude both times. I mean rolling her eyes when I was super polite when I asked for a fork and napkins since she didn’t give me any. The salad was nothing like the one in Lewisville. What a disappointment! Zero stars!

They have nothing but teenage employees working that are EXTREMELY disrespectful and have ZERO communication skills. I came at 7pm and some girl answered very rudely and kept saying “what else what else” after every little thing I said as if I was ordering the whole menu when all I ordered was a salad and drink. Then when I pull up to the window there’s a guy at the window who doesn’t even open the window for like two minutes, mind you it’s 40 degrees outside so I roll up my window. When he finally opens the window he doesn’t even say anything he just tells me my total. When they finally give me my order they don’t say anything again and just hand me my order and close the window. I stay at the window because I need the receipt and the girl opens the window and says “yes?”. Like just extremely disrespectful and won’t be coming back to this location again. It’s a shame because this is 10 minutes from my house and the next salad to go is nearly 30 mins away.
