This place is a joke. Came once a few years ago. Had the worst excuse for a latte ever. Decided to order a box of coffee for an event. Ordered the night before. Just waited for 26 minutes to get my pre-ordered box. I won't be back again. Where is zero stars?

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would.

The customer service at the Scooter’s Coffee on Plano Road in Buckingham was horrible. I ordered two hot drinks: a regular coffee and a white mocha. I received the coffee first, and as soon as I grabbed the cup, I could feel it was cold. The first thing I did was taste it, and sure enough, it was ice cold and didn’t even taste fresh—it honestly felt like it had been sitting since yesterday.

I immediately handed it back and let the lady at the window know it was cold. She told the barista the coffee was cold. Then I tasted my wife’s white mocha, and it was also cold. When I handed that one back as well, the barista made a face and seemed annoyed.

I asked if there was a microwave or some way to heat it up, and instead of fixing the issue, the barista started arguing with me, insisting she had just made it and that “everything can’t be cold.” No apology, no accountability, just defensiveness.

Horrible service, horrible attitude, and a complete lack of professionalism. This experience was unacceptable, and we will not be returning.

Pumpkin Chai was good. But $4.00 for this 3 inch burrito. I think not. Do not get breakfast from Scooters. Better off going to Quick Trip. Ridiculous!

Went today for a drink, I admit I got there a bit late because there was a bit of traffic so I ordered at 7:53 got to the drive through speaker and asked for a coffee and some cake bites, the employee had a rude tone and quickly answered I can’t sell those anymore we’re about to close so I just said okay then arrived to the window. When at the window she was obviously not in a good mood I let her know I wanted to redeem something on my app but it wasn’t giving me any sort of code and I showed her but she didn’t help at all she just gave me the drink in a rushed way and just said “it’s okay just here”, I’ve never had an issue with any other workers they’ve always been nice and the coffee is good which is why it’s one of my most visited places but after this encounter today I don’t know how to feel about this location the way she treated me was just very unprofessional and rushed.

Second visit and this time I tried the matcha smoothie and the bacon sliders, which reminded me of sausage biscuits except with yummy pretzel buns instead.

I went today 3:15 I got dirty summer wave little did I know dirty was spoiled milk. I called 5 times to speak with somebody. No answer! Sad day, I spent money I can’t enjoy my beverage.

Always great customer service and the drinks are amazing WAYYYYY better than Starbucks. No cap! I can taste the flavor of the coffee beans in every drink.

The rewards got an update, so now no more free drinks Boo!!
I had 1 free drink left on my app.
The next day, I went to go use it, and it says to update the app. I clicked update, opened the app, and there were no rewards! I used to love going to Scooters on a daily basis, and I would bring my dog to get a pup cup.
I'm not sure if we'll be back again 😕

First time here and the last time a waste of 12 dollars. The maple waffle is nasty and gummy the girl drop it. I'm look at her doing it.the iced sea salt coffee is nasty taste like milk no coffee. Never again. Not very friendly. Please give me my money

I’ve ordered the strawberry quencher twice and both times it tastes like they make it in the same containers that they make the coffee in. I’m a little doubtful they rise out the coffee prior to making the fruit drinks.

The manager here definitely needs to find another job. She doesn’t want to work here. She’s very rude in the mornings. Every time I come here She is always rude. If you want me to pay for water, put it on your menu and charge me for it. I shouldn’t have to go through this every time I come to scooters! Will never return back to scooters ever again at least this location. Staff is very rude.
