girl with the overgrown roots and blonde hair was so mean to me when i requested a drink change. i was unaware that the brown sugar milktea had no milktea in it at all. she rolled her eyes at me and i apologized but she just stonewalled me. and when i thanked her she just turned around and immediately left to the back. mind you i was the only person in there. why be so mean about a drink remake? as someone who works at a drink place it’s really not that hard. do better :(

Literally my favorite boba place in the DFW area, close to so many food places and their drinks are always spot on. Their mango green tea with lychee jelly and boba is my go to!!

I went in looking for an afternoon caffeine boost, and came out disappointed.I decided to try the brown sugar milk tea with boba. The boba was tasty, and the brown sugar flavoring was nice, too. More of the brown sugar would have been welcome, but I did ask for half sugar, so I suppose that’s a case of “be careful what you ask for.”The drink itself tasted like milk.Thinking maybe the blend had been weak, I let the staff know. The staff explained that the brown sugar milk tea was, indeed, just milk. There was no tea in the brown sugar milk tea.There was no tea. In a product labeled to contain TEA.I am disappointed to find myself paying $6 for a glass of milk. I will not be coming back.

Had a hankering for ShareTea, googled this spot and decided to go. When we pulled up the name was different. I was a tad discouraged but glad I went it. There are ShareTea signs inside and apparently they use syrups and similar toppings. Our drinks were good. I ordered a Peach Green Tea with Herb Jelly, no sugar and my guest ordered a Coffee Milk Tea with Crystal Boba with half sugar. Both were tasty and the service was good. Fast and friendly. Liked the decor inside as well. Would stop through if we were in the area again.Parking: Located in a strip mall, there’s plenty of free parking.

U cant make an order over the phone unless you give payment on the phone. They wont start your order. New policy or what? First the card stamp theft and now people not picking up their orders. When some people ruin it for others… I routinely call order so I was confused when I was hit with the “we need payment over the phone” back then it was if it was over a certain amount. Sadge frfr.

I am not a big fan of tapioca pearls and it is nice to have variety of toppings. Instead of my regular Thai bubble tea, I ordered the Taro milk tea. I'm a little disappointed that the milk tea was thin and watery. If you haven't tried, I recommend Thai bubble tea.

Two young guy were so rude on June 30 2022. They have known that english is my second language but they did not try to understand what i said.They have pretended to not understanding. I have never gone anywhere like this place.

Friendly staff and delicious drink. They helped me pick the right flavor. It had been a long time since I had Hokkaido or Okinawa, but couldn’t remember which I liked more. Chose right tonight.

I always go here and it’s delicious every time I go! The only time they messed up was because of the cup holders. I was walking to my car with 4 drinks in the cup holder. Then, one of the holders breaks and the drink fell down. I just asked for a new one and they didn’t charge me! Overall, I think this place is amazing. Totally recommend!
