I love the Spanish latte here! Drive 45 mins just for it. One of the best iced lattes I’ve ever had!

Waited 10 minutes at the front of the line while a single person made orders, then waited another 10 for a simple Jubani. After all that, they got the Jubani wrong by adding milk that I did not ask for and is not supposed to be in the coffee by default. Since I’m lactose intolerant, ended up paying for a $6.50 coffee I can’t even drink. Recommend going to any of the other Yemeni coffee places nearby if you want your order quick and correct

Shibam Coffee was a pleasant surprise. The space is cozy and stylish, with warm lighting, sculpted walls and a subtle Arabian influence that feels authentic instead of heavy-handed. I asked for their best seller and the barista suggested the Shibam Latte, their signature made with Yemeni spices. The flavor was completely different from a standard latte, richer and more aromatic, the kind of cup you actually remember. I paired it with their honeycomb and the cream cheese filled dough balls topped with honey. Both were fresh, not overly sweet, and matched the drink perfectly.
If you are anywhere near Richardson, TX, visit with confidence. The quality, the flavors and the atmosphere all line up. This is the spot for trying something outside the usual coffee routine.

I visited here today and loved it! The staff is so friendly and inviting. They help explain the drink’s ingredients, and different options on how you can have your food or drinks (if you’re a newbie like I am). My pistachio latte and the honeycomb bread were AMAZING. The coffee shop itself was clean and very beautiful on the inside. I 100% recommend and will be visiting again.

Fantastic tea selections, pastries, and coffee. Try the coffee cake and the honeycomb with pistachio and fresh honey. The Adani chai and the Moroccan mint tea is absolutely delicious and perfect. Friendly staff, and calm, quiet environment. Perfect for a casual gathering, working, studying or simply just taking a break. The pistachio latte (pistachio milk base) should be illegal - it’s so delicious and out of this world !!!

try out the shibam latte! It is breathtaking and very quiet here. Good for quiet coworking or journaling. Free wifi and plenty of chairs. Also the young man making the coffee was so nice! He deserves a raise.

It was my wife and I’s first time here at Shibam Coffee, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience!
When we first walked in, we instantly noticed the beautifully inviting environment. It definitely exudes a calm vibe.
The gentleman cashier/barista that helped us navigate the menu was really informative and super-nice!
The pastries were *awesome*! We had the coffee milk cake and “Honeycomb” cheesecake dough balls…both were very rich and decadent, but so fulfilling!
My wife had the “Shibam coffee”, while I had the Shibam Royal” smoothie, and both were extremely delicious!
We’ll definitely be stopping by again!
