Let me make this simple and short. The food is delicious and amazing. There is no section to get your drinks, you have to request a drink from them and it won’t take less than 4 min to arrive thats a negative thing tbh like I’m expecting something to drink while having my food, why I should wait on a buffet to get a drink?. The last thing They charged me for setting inside the restaurant “ Hospitality, 15% from the amount of your bill “. Like excuse you? you serve a buffet, do you expect me to eat in my car? or on the curb near the shop ? And btw they have a sigh that announce that you will be charged for Hospitality fees only +6 persons like a group of people or family yk!.. but still charging me $4 for eating inside when I’m alone only one person is lying and stealing & I DIDN’T EXPECT THAT I HAVE TO CHECK MY RECEIPT AND COUNT WHAT I’VE BEEN CHARGED FOR !!!!

If I’m paying 17 dollars for a plate , and I’m only can get a little bit of portion of food but I’m at a all buffet Place ; try’s to charge me extra for meat , the places is not worth the money for a to go plate at all

The food items were on the salty front. The whole place isn't clean, crowded, people sneezing on each other plate, its just horrible. I am not coming back here again, I shouldn't have listened to the genius that recommended this place. I pray y'all find a way to make it better and ask your cook to go easy on the salt common, the lentil soup a disaster in a pot, very bad experience.

من برای بار اول از این رستوران خرید کردم و واقعا نمیدونم چی بگم از مدیریت خیلی بی ادبشون که اصلا حتی کیفیت رفتاری و کیفیت غذا براشون حرف آخرو میزنه، کباب هاشون مثل لاستیک و بدون هیچ طعم سازی و از بوی به شدت بد جوجه هاشون که اشتهاتون کاملا کور میشه نگم به علاوه گوجه ها هم گندیده بود. به هیچ وجه این رستوران پیشنهاد نمیشه من به شخصه هیچوقت به این رستوران برنمیگردم.

We got food here for the whole family last night
All the food was rotten and we could not eat it. The smell of the food could be smelled, even better than the taste.
Today, we went to their restaurant for a friendly conversation and the lady who was the cashier was a respectable lady, but the owner of Beerins was a rude and unprofessional Iranian.
He started insulting Iranians that I only have a problem with you.
If I could give 0, I would definitely do this
I ask my compatriots not to take themselves and their families to this area if they are worried about their health.

We had been going to this restaurant for years as often as every 2 weeks. They never charged us for our 4 yrs old who would barely eat anything and we always made sure to leave a gratuity to acknowledge their kids friendly policy until recently when we went there and our usual favorite hostess was not there. The lady who was working all by herself (at the register and tending the tables) over the weekend was clearly over worked and agitated. I politely asked if the age bracket for kids has changed since we were here last weekend and no one charged us. She literally started yelling at me and complaining how “I cannot see” she is busy doing everything alone and has no timw to deal with “our problems”. My husband tried to deescalate the situation and she told him to “go call manager” and kept going on with her non stop comments. All in front of our kids. Lovely. We left and reached out to the owner, not in hopes of getting our $10 back but to ask him to train his staff better but they say the fruit does not fall far from the tree. The owner was 2 steps ahead of the server. Instead of listening to our complain related to his staff’s behavior he made it all about “us trying to get free food” and asked us to not step into his restaurant again as if he is doing a free community service by running a business. I guess an underpaid employee who works like a donkey for him is harder to find than a loyal customer.

First of all, when I walked in no one acknowledged me, the women looked at me and said nothing. After a few minutes one of the ladies asked me what wanted. They are definitely not the friendliest. As a FOH manager I would Never treat customers like this. So I went in about 20 min until close and ordered a gyro. It took 15 min and when I got home it was stone cold! The bread was crumbly and dried. It doesn't look like they even warmed it up it was broken from been wrapped up while the bread was cold and dry and the gyro meat ( what little there was of it) was hard and dried out and it was cold also. It was going to be my birthday meal and instead had to throw it away because it wasn't edible. I called and let them know so supposedly they will replace it tomorrow but I'll get a refund instead. They should be embarrassed for trying to sell this to anyone and the person who made it should be embarrassed for thinking it's OK to serve trash like this. They lost a customer. I won't ever order food from there again. I went in and the owner refused to give me my money back. The gal at the counter was nice and called the owner but he refused to refund my money saying he doesn't do refunds. . I have my receipt and I took pictures but evidently that's not good enough. Just wow!

The restaurant had a very nice and cozy atmosphere, and the food quality was satisfying. The Spanish-speaking staff member was very friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better.

The only thing I hope they improve is the use of plastic cups for serving drinks (water and soda). These cups didn’t seem very hygienic, and it would be better to use a more suitable option.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I hope this small change will further enhance their service quality!

I’ve come to this place many times in the pat few years The buffet is the main point and the food I got was amazing. Although the buffet had varying degrees of quality food, it has never disappointed and has stayed consistent. The staff and owner are friendly too! All in all, I would definitely recommend coming here, especially if you want to go out with family to a place that isn’t too expensive.
