It was my first time at Smash burger and I went with my family after our 1 mile walk through Spring Creek park. I ordered the double classic no cheese no sauce and the chocolate shake. The burger was definitely on point and tasted impeccable! The chocolate shake was lacking for me, I was slurping chunks of ice in there, not blended well. I'd definitely go back for a burger but maybe not the shakes.

My son and I tried Smashburger for the first time and loved it. We ordered online as a to go. The order was ready within 15 minutes (although our fries were cold😭). The burgers were good, but I think next time I'll get one with no bun. (The bun was extremely filling.) We will return.

The food is great 👍 but the employees need help! We dined in, ordered then waited for about 30 minutes for our food. It was frustrating but then I saw there is only about 3 people (1 cashier and 2 in the kitchen).
Where is everyone? I cant imagine having to cook for all the dine in customers AND the online orders. I hope they get more employees because the 2 star rating service & atmosphere is for not hiring enough staff to keep this place operational.

Walk in with my wife being on her lunch break for only an hour, we wernt greeted we stood at front counter for about 10 mins listing to a worker and the manger talk about Ice cream and we never got served or greeted. JUST WOW !!!

I ordered delivery, the food was delivered in a timely manner where the food should’ve arrived hot. Instead I received cold soggy fries, cold tots, and cold sweet potato fries. The Oreo Cookies & Cream Chocolately Chip milkshake had no toppings it’s supposed to have on top of the whip cream. The only thing that was Okay was the burger. The burger barely tasted good but it was made correct and had a good temperature.

Placed my order ahead and got there when my meal said it was ready for pick up, yet it took them another 30 min to get it to me. My fries had been sitting out on the counter that whole time, so they were cold and soggy and my burger was burnt and an absolute mess! They had 6 people in the kitchen, there was no reason for them to be operating that slow.

This was my first time ever at this restaurant. Came for lunch, got here at 12:07pm stood in line and was finally able to order at 12:30. 1 cashier taking orders who was also bagging order for uber, to go and dine in. This held up the line, and make the wait worse. For this location and as busy as it gets around this area, you would think they would have more than one person taking orders.
Not impressed at all. Having to wait so long to order and then forever for food.
Checked on food, was told there are 5 orders in front of ours before it’s even made. Got a refund. Missed lunch, and late back to work.
So many others walked out without ordering and another person also got a refund.!
