I ordered delivery, the food was delivered in a timely manner where the food should’ve arrived hot. Instead I received cold soggy fries, cold tots, and cold sweet potato fries. The Oreo Cookies & Cream Chocolately Chip milkshake had no toppings it’s supposed to have on top of the whip cream. The only thing that was Okay was the burger. The burger barely tasted good but it was made correct and had a good temperature.

Placed my order ahead and got there when my meal said it was ready for pick up, yet it took them another 30 min to get it to me. My fries had been sitting out on the counter that whole time, so they were cold and soggy and my burger was burnt and an absolute mess! They had 6 people in the kitchen, there was no reason for them to be operating that slow.

This was my first time ever at this restaurant. Came for lunch, got here at 12:07pm stood in line and was finally able to order at 12:30. 1 cashier taking orders who was also bagging order for uber, to go and dine in. This held up the line, and make the wait worse. For this location and as busy as it gets around this area, you would think they would have more than one person taking orders.
Not impressed at all. Having to wait so long to order and then forever for food.
Checked on food, was told there are 5 orders in front of ours before it’s even made. Got a refund. Missed lunch, and late back to work.
So many others walked out without ordering and another person also got a refund.!
No mention of the delay with orders or nothing.

Literally drove 30 min here for the guy at the front to say sorry you will have to wait 30 min and no one was in the restaurant.. and then walked away so we stood there for 5 min and then walked out cause I guess we can’t place orders .. wow horrible horrible service .. guess can see why it was empty

First time at a Smashburger.
I was craving a burger, gave it a try. Had the Double Bacon Stack Smash and a side of the Bacon Cheese fries.
That was a lot of bacon on the burger, wow! Not a big fan of the cheese on the burger or fries. Other than that, everything was great.
Lobby and tables were clean. Staff was friendly, efficient and checked on me to make sure I enjoyed my meal.
Probably will eat here again, but I’ll avoid the cheese.

A Bit Sketchy with Art
Too small for the foot traffic here but we enjoyed our burgers and didn’t feel rushed. We enjoyed their food and the quality was spot on. It’s kid friendly but just tables with nothing to really entertain their time looking at. As an adult, I only care about the food, cleanliness, customer service, short wait time and that I can hear the conversations around the table.
It was my first time at smash burger and Brett calmly explained me the whole menu and gave very good recommendations on what to try. Definitely will visit again.
