Cheeseburger lovers rejoice!!!! This place was made for us. I thought I was in love with Burger Street and In-N-Out Burger .....but.... Smashburger is actually better than them all!! My first experience here: My host Daisy was sooooo sweet and actually excited that this was my first time trying smashburger. She suggested the CYO Create your own cheeseburger ...omg! So yummy!Smashburger tops all other burger chains! Hellur!!I was being greedy and I tried both the regular fries and the sweet potato fries. I'll stick to the regular fries tho ~ they were perfectly salted, thin and yummy!I really enjoyed my first experience @ smashburger. If you decide to go let them know SportyShonna sent you!!!

Really good burger. It did lack a bit of flavor on the burger meat. Overall still delicious with the side of crispy rosemary fries. Fountains machines terrible. Not sure what was the problem but all drinks were off! We told the guy but nothing was done! Trash was over filled! Don't get me wrong, we walked in 1hr before they close but tables were dirty, trash over filled. The other thing I didn't like was the restroom basically in front of were the food comes out!

I have always loved smashburger but it may have suffered from COVID as my area restaurant disappeared in Carrollton. We went to the Plano location close to downtown and the experience was horrible. Long waits (30) min for burger and fries. Everyone was upset in the establishment. When I received my order 26 min later it was wrong. While they were fixing mine, someone else came back in with the wrong order.Black male employee with dreads (sorry didn't get his name for the franchise owners) lost his cool and threatened a customer and then bragged about it to the kitchen staff. I wish I didn't experience this as this will be the reason I don't return.

The food is good. My kid is upset they no longer have the fried onion strings, but the tots were good. The service there is sometimes a little lacking. The past couple visits I feel like the workers at the front counter feel it is a chore to take orders.

decent burger but such incredibly slow service…..absolutely terribleWaited 40 minutes and it was not worth it…Incompetent and understaffed….
We loved the fact that not only the burger was good quality meat, but you didn’t feel horrible after eating fries since they were done up in olive oil and rosemary!! And the service there from the woman (I didn’t catch her name) but she was awesome at her job and the cooks in the back seem like they have a great work environment!
