I went to Smiley last week on my lunch break and had perhaps the most delicious boba tea I have ever tasted, the 'Pikachu'. Although the 'Pikachu' boba tea is currently a seasonal drink I believe wholeheartedly that it deserves a permanent stay on their wonderful menu.

It's a great place to chill with friends. A great plus is that they have dairy alternatives so if you're lactose intolerant it's all good. They have great drinks and a good variety of games to play with friends like jumbo connect 4 and uno.
