Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for an online order placed, when I got to the window the employees didn’t even greet me instead I watched them make other customers smoothies while mine waited at the window. When I finally got my smoothie it was runny & nasty. Definitely avoid this location.

Waited nearly thirty minutes after ordering with only two cars in front of me. Decided life was too short so I left. The employees looked so lost as I drove by the window. Don’t recommend unless you’re in no hurry at all.

I understand customer service can be difficult and unpleasant for the employees so I try to be accommodating.
That being said this is the 3rd time I have placed a mobile order and have had to wait over 30 min for my order at the store after waiting the recommended time in the app. Not only did I have to wait for longer but in each case it seemed the employees were unsure of what happened to my smoothie. One or two incidents could be an error but three times is a trend.
Routinely waiting for longer than drive through orders despite ordering ahead, points to a systemic issue with the process in place for mobile orders.
Until this issue is fixed I would recommend avoiding the hassle all together and paying at the window.

Stopped in the Richardson Smoothie King on Beltline to pick up a couple smoothies. Asked for the watermelon smoothie and was told they no longer had them even tho right next to the register was a BLACK AND WHITE CHALKBOARD approx 16x20 looking sign that says “ WATERMELON IS BACK”. The cashier said, “ oh the board is old”. Didn’t say sorry, ask if I wanted to order anything else just “ oh the board is old”. Crappy customer service will be the end of your type of retail. Needless to say they did NOT get my business.

this location smoothie king continues to fail me every time I’m going to be honest they have their days where they’re actually good but as of the past few months, I have been going to the smoothie king off Campbell Road. The service here is never consistent one minute I’m waiting 30 minutes to be get a smoothie, the other minute I’m getting my same smoothie in two minutes. somedays its good some days it’s terrible but overall my experience here has always been terrible I know the operations team is trying but respectively this place needs to be called trash king, theres always new faces and when they mess up its a “oh im new here” Im tired of hearing that phrase…everyone please go to the Campbell location you will see the service that they gave you as soon as you walk through the door. They say things like Hello how are you smile they provide samples there educated behind their products. Where is here you say how are you and they just reply “what you want” lol its funny but sad at the same time I will get a daily warrior and they do not taste the same compared to the daily Warrior I would get off Campbell.
