My experience was wonderful. The entire crew was warm and welcoming. We drove an hour and a half from gun barrel and we don't have a smoothie king near us. The 4 ladies were outgoing and turned my frown upside down. I had the best time. They were on point with everything. They had an answer for all of my questions. A plus in my book. I sent my man out to get me one of their delicious açaí bowl, or so i thought, one of the worker there thought it was a good idea to give me a WATER DOWN açaí bowl no ice straight liquid, i'm guessing she was butt hurt on complementing my man about his tattoos and he just ignored her so she proceeded to take it out on our order. Poor food quality! it was never a issue until i sent him, next time i will just go myself because this bowl was just absurd.

This location never opens on time like it is post online . Every morning at 6:30am it is never open. They need to change the hours online to indicate 7am instead of 630

I had a very terrible experience yesterday at this smoothie king because of an employee named rosemary. When I first walked in it was 2 girls working amongst themselves and nobody said anything to me and I was the only person there. It took for me to ask if i can order for her to do anything then she's gonna make me this excuse for a smoothie. She makes the worse smoothies and she should be retrained. I ordered a smoothie that I always get. I used to work at smoothie king and the rule is that we make just enough smoothie for the cup size that is ordered. So why when she is done poring my cup there is still enough for another small size smoothie? This means the smoothie was not made right and yes this drink was terrible. It was way too watery like a slushie when it is supposed to be a smoothie. Then it took Rosemary forever to get my refund. She wasted my time and lots of product.

Very poor customer service, attitude, and disrespectful. Every time I go, it's always the same employee, on her phone or sitting down. I have heard er being disrespectful to others. She scratched her head, and then went on making a smoothie. She didn't wash her hands,or have gloves on. She will be sitting down, when customers need help. She will be standing there on her phone, at the same time making a smoothie.

I’m a regular Smoothie King customer, but this particular store at Belt-line Rd/Plano Rd is by far the worst Smoothie King store ever.Staff is rude and incompetent. 3 out of 5 times they would put too much ice in 30 oz cup and totally ruin the taste. I always ignored but today I was getting smoothies for my colleagues. They forgot to put bananas in one drink, I could see on the print-order as it was missing banana, so she did not get the order right, and the other drink (mine) they put too much ice as always.I asked politely that they forgot to put bananas in one, and the 30 oz drink has too much ice. She gave me a bad look and asked if I wanted to change the 3rd drink as well. I said it looks fine.She added bananas in the drink, so thank you for that. But the other drink that had too much ice, she put more water, literally ruining it further. I was getting late. So I didn’t argue with her and left with a bad experience. She did not apologize or said any comforting words.I am never buying from this store again.

AVOID THIS LOCATIONI've came here serval times and continue to be disappointed. The last and final time I came here (9/14/23) i ordered a 32 oz pumpkin d-lite via drive thru, got my drink. I got to work before I took my 1st sip... it tasted like they gave a a full cup of grainy sour cream. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION. If they haven't messed your drink up this time, they probably will the next.You have been warned.

If I didn’t want a smoothie and that store wasn’t in my path to work, I would NEVER go there. Every worker there is rude and refuses to speak to you when walk in the store. It never ceases to amaze me of how rude they are. And they are the slowest. I preorder my drink 15 minutes prior and it’s still another 20 minutes to get my drink once I arrive. Horrible!!

Drive through wait time is excessively long. They consistently seemed to be short staffed on a weekly basis. It’s a 50/50 that your drink will be made properly.
