The food was amazing and fresh && didn't take too long to come out. Service wa amazing as well - definitely give them a try if you're in the area.

Service great, food Gluten Free bun, burger fresh, fries great, hubby's onion rings look very good, over all very good, not a big fan of bar environment , yet over all, Id return to this location. My bun looks thin because I cut depth off, bunn definitely thicker and was a good GF bun as well

I don't know why any restaurant that serves cheese fries/cheddar fries doesn't 100% copy Snuffers. They are the OG. And the grilled chicken sandwich with Swiss is the best chicken sandwich that there is. There isn't a close second.

We have frequented Snuffer's almost weekly for the last few years. Several months ago our lives changed and were no longer able to go frequently. Last night is the first time we have visited in over a month. From the moment we sat down we had a great service from Gabby. She quickly took our drink order, when delivering she asked for our full order. We only wanted to snack then and ordered the onion rings. YUM YUM YUM, light batter with pepper and fried perfectly. They were crunchy and chewy. We then ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Buffalo Sauce and an Original Chicken Sandwich with marinated chicken and another order of onion rings. All items were delicious, Gabby kept checking on us as well. The manager, Amy, came by to make sure all food was served the way we wanted and that we had everything we needed. She was very friendly, almost felt like we were at her home with the way we were treated. TVs are all over the dining and bar areas, with various sports playing. The bar looked busy too.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at SNUFFER’S, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The food was served hot and fresh, and every bite was absolutely delicious. You can really tell that they use quality ingredients and take pride in their dishes.

What made the experience even better was the outstanding service. Our server, GABBY, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. She truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable.

To top it off, the Manager, AMY, came by to personally check on us, which made us feel valued as customers. It’s not every day you see such care and attention from a manager.

Overall, I highly recommend SNUFFER’S for not only the amazing food but also for the warm and welcoming atmosphere. I can’t wait to come back!

Got the sliders and fries and was very disappointed my sliders taste like rubber they were hard the bread was hard just overall food wasn't fit for human consumption

The waitress that took the order cannot or would not verify that the order coming from the kitchen was correct to the order. So they delivered whatever the kitchen gives them. The kitchen did not make the order correct the 1st or 2nd time. There seems to be a serious lack of management here. I don't want to return!

Six months ago the review would be different, but unfortunately, after dinner tonight, it’s just not the same. We visited the Richardson location this evening on our way home. We arrived just before 5 so there were tons of open tables. We followed the sign instructions to seat ourselves by turning right to find closed tables (there were signs) so we continued around to find a table. Several of the waitstaff were making faces at us, which was weird, because we were just trying to find a non closed table. Then we saw the menu :( It’s been cut significantly since our last visit and drinks covered nearly the entire back of the menu. We ordered the happy hour fried mushrooms - the portion was so small for two people, we would’ve just ordered the full size gae we known. I ordered a classic burger with cheese and my husband had the mushroom swiss, both requested medium, and we shared a large loaded fries. The fries were great and as expected! My burger was practically raw on the inside. I ate about half and then just couldn’t stomach the rest of anything. Disappointed with this visit unfortunately, hopefully it turns back around.

Parking: They have a large shared parking lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are 5-6 handicap spots right at the entrance and wheelchair ramp right up front.
