Shack provided excellent assistance! When I ordered through the drive-thru with only my digital card, he guided me through downloading the app, placing the order, and using my digital card seamlessly. Super helpful and efficient!

Ordered three oreo blasts. But instead of three, I get one, and two other plain ones. The only reason I ordered here is for the oreo. If they’re out of ingredients, they should call & ask if you want something different. they literally put nothing in there but peanutbutter. what? scam behavior
I waited over 10 minutes for my order. I had ordered ahead of time too. The employees were nice but I felt they were confused about orders.

I was first in line for drive thru and I ordered a m&m blast, ice cup, sprite, medium fries and chicken bites. The first in line and I have a second car behind me and this has been the longest LONGESTT TIME TO WAIT!!! My lunch break was almost over and my ice cream melted... never coming back again!!!
