One carhop and they have about 25 stations plus drive thru. I’m not gonna call her out even tho she gave me her name (“if you wanna complain on me”). She was super nice about it- knowing I was mad! She was working her tail off. My biggest complaint wasn’t how long it took to get my cheese tots (which weren’t still crispy) but that I got message in the screen that she was on the way with my order about 20min before she actually brought my food!
It took 30 minutes at the drive though to get a limeade and a shake several weeks ago. No one else in line. Why? Today one person ahead of us and not may people there. The employee took the first part of my order and dead silence. They just never came back. Hello, hello. Hello. Pulled into a slot, mashed the button. No one ever answered. . Ten more minutes. Do not waste your time. Apparently 23 minutes isn’t long enough to make 2 ice cream blasts and even after inquiring about my order twice they still couldn’t manage to make them. But they sure had the time to look out the window to see if I was still there. Yeah.. still here you have my money. Instead they decided to start sweeping the floors until the manager finally came to help me out. I felt bad for him he obviously has his hands full up there with employees like that....read full review
