Accidentally ordered online for this location. Immediately tried to call to cancel, but they repeatedly declined the call after one ring. They always have terrible service anyways, so I can’t say I’m surprised. If you really want sonic, it’s worth it to drive further away than go to this one.

What prompted this 5 star review is that the car hop Amber was making the rounds checking to see if all the customers are still good after receiving their orders.
I've personally thanked the manager Avery for their excellent service and quality of food.
We discussed how great Amber always is in her cheerful service.
All of the staff here is great at service.
This location will continue to have my loyalty

Went through the drive thru and had to say what I wanted 3 times before the female could even hear what I said and all I ordered was a 44 ounce dr.pepper and when I received the drink after driving off it was a diet dr.pepper. Come on people quit being so damn dumb! Will not be back to this location again employees are just too lazy and don't listen.

The service was good. However, I asked for no veggies and ended up with a dry sandwich. And my drink was supposed to be e a large coke well they me more ice than drink like why is it clear up to the C in the sonic on the cup. (The pink cup is supposed to be a 30oz cup is for reference only)

The carhop was polite. The food was horrible. I ordered a medium order of fries. The fries looked like they were a small and they were also were not hot or warm. I should have gone back, but I had already headed home. I was very disappointed.
Don’t get there at 11pm and expect to order. They could at least put a sign up saying they are only taking door dash and uber eats orders. Why have hours posted online if they aren’t serving every customer.

This is the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. First off, the employees are either rude or incompetent, often times both. They get orders incorrect almost every time I go here. Whether the drive thru or the drive in spots, they still get orders wrong. Just go somewhere else, this location needs to close and something else take its place in this prime real estate location.

Appreciation post. I drove in last night and ordered with who I assume was the manager- He said his name was Caleb when I pressed the red button and thanked me for my order even tho it was superrr late. Most nights I'll come and it seems like no one wants to serve but I'm glad they have someone who's putting effort in. Will tip next time, thank you guys!

Honestly this place seems very unorganized, half of the time in the drive thru they dont know who has what and everytime ive come here in the last year theyve forgotten something in my order. Everytime i come here i end up eating my food cold because i spend 45 minutes waiting up here 2 minutes from my home. I need a new sonic to go to 🤣
