If could give it 0 stars I would, I ordered through the website got to the restaurant waited almost 30 minutes to be told they were “out” of coke and strawberries, the two ingredients needed for the only two items I ordered what a coincidence, was told that they wouldn’t give me a refund that I would have to dispute it with my bank, I called their customer number provided on the website only to be told they didn’t find my order… so no drinks no money back and I even left a tip for what…

I waited 15 minutes today in the drive thru and drove away without my order. It's supposed to be fast food. All I wanted was a large order of fries. This was my 3rd time at this location and my experiences have all been similar.

I love Sonic food, but somehow it's really "hard" to order, because waitress made me feel like she doesn't wanna serve me. And I always get wrong order from waitress ( It took me 35min for order what I want which is never happen when I order at McDonald's or Burger.

Bacon was burnt. And so was the extra that I paid for. As well as the extra chili.
I asked the manager to come out and look at our food, and he wouldn't even come out. He just kept talking to us over the speaker.
We will never go back to this location.

2 stars because the waitress delivering food was a sweet girl. Otherwise, I'm pretty sure each item was expired. Stale bread, tasteless chilli and after ordering my food 3 in times at drive thru and 2 times with Manager, it was still wrong.
I realized tonight why I only go there once a year. It takes me a year to forget why I haven't been there in a while. Not worth the annual disappointment.

By far the worst Sonic experience I've ever had. Sat there for 45 mins after my pick up order was "ready" and i had checked in,, just to tell me they were out of half of what I ordered. Since I had already paid, they said I would have to call customer service for a refund, and they would give me a small fry for my trouble. Waited for the small fry.. they forgot about me! There was only 1 other car there..... I pressed the button and asked if they were going to bring me the fry and they said oops. Then brought it out 5 mins later. No apology, nothing. All of that for 2 wacky packs, wrap and cheese sticks.. absolutely not worth it at all.

This place sucks if you live in Richardson go to the sonic on Jupiter rd 100 times better then the Plano location
The music was not on the loud speaker, the shake mix is sour. The service was good they took care of my order and answered me again when I click the button. Based off the reviews, the chili cheese tots are not the thing to get. They under portioned the chili on the tater tots. It looked like they took old tater tots and put them in the fryer to make them look like they're new! Because those tater tots were definitely soft and they should be crunchy. ordered a Coke and they gave us a Diet Coke that was flat . The corn dogs were spectacular! The fries were almost fresh. I can understand why these reviews were all one Stars you can definitely do better.

This used to be a pretty good sonic location with friendly staff. It has gone downhill quickly with incorrect orders and now rude wait staff. We all have bad days but when it becomes a pattern there is a problem.

God forbid you push the button to ask a question at this place. Whoever answered the box was rude and wouldn't even let you finish a sentence. I get everyone has a bad day but when I'm wholly nice and polite to you and you talk to me like I'm the ketchup packet on the floor, you've lost your mind.
