The lady who took my order was extremely rude. When I asked her to make my order light ice, she said they don’t do that. When I asked her something about a coupon, she didn’t answer and just responded saying scan the app. I asked her again to clarify, and she still didn’t answer my question. They weren’t busy, there was no customer except me. Worst service ever.

There was a lady that wore a black shirt and no apron who took my order. She was very rude and yelled at me telling me there was no more oat milk which I was fine with, just not the way she handled it. She then forgot my order and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes after I’ve already waited a while for. I understand that they’re busy, but to be rude and throw my order somewhere for another barista to have to take care of was out of line. The other barista kindly told me there was no more oat milk (even though I already told the other lady, meaning that they didn’t communicate).

This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Not once I come here and they don’t have to take the drink back and make it again. Nobody here knows what they’re doing and I mean that literally. My sister and I waited for our food for a long time and I walked over to the ovens and nothing was in the ovens. Workers were standing around doing nothing. I went to tell them that we are waiting on food and the worker had a bad attitude. Save your money and go somewhere else. Not to mention, I work at Starbucks. I know all the rules and this store does not represent the values of Starbucks in any way. Disappointing that I go to this school and this is the Starbucks I’m stuck with.
