As a former partner, I was extremely surprised to be told that Starbucks now will only give you a glass of water if a purchase is made. To confirm, I reached out to a current partner who clarified that this is not company policy. Guests may still request a complimentary water, and the only exception is during high-volume rush periods.

This store was not busy—inside or in the drive-thru—so the explanation given was simply untrue. It’s disappointing to see a location misrepresent policy and mislead customers.

I spend a significant amount here weekly, and it’s unacceptable to be refused something as basic as drinking water based on inaccurate information. This appears to be an issue with this specific store, not the brand as a whole.

0/5 stars for dishonesty. I do not recommend this location.

I started my order with a cup of water and was told I needed to buy something in order to recieve a cup of water. I said I am placing an order. When I put in my order, they said they were out of stock on the drink I wanted. They still wouldn't offer the water even though It's 100 degrees outside, and I tried to order a drink. Still had to wait in the drive thru behind several cars since it was a single lane drive thru. All that to drive away empty handed. What a frustrating experience.

I recently tried the Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatshake Espresso from Starbucks, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations!

My days of going to Starbucks are over. I asked to BUY a cup of water or BUY a cup of ice and they told me I had to purchase food or coffee in order to BUY water or ice. I understand no longer giving customers free water totally fine. I asked to PURCHASE it and was told no. A billion dollar company won’t sell you water or was that this locations preference.

Went thru the drive thru and the guy was condescending and stupid at the same time. How are you going to talk down to a customer asking question about products that I'm sure they have but he doesn't know but instead of asking the right question he only laugh and chuckles. Another useless and uneducated employee.

I am Natalie, your daily customer... and from today I will not drink here anymore... A cup of coffee is your morning energy to work... every day I spend money on a cup of coffee..: but only one recipe, every day you make it differently.. sometimes it is too bitter, sometimes it is too sweet..: sometimes there is no milk foam, looking at the cup of coffee is no longer attractive and I no longer want to drink it..: every day my morning energy I spend on a cup of coffee but I still have to be upset and in the morning..: when the shift staff changed that day, they did not make it according to the daily recipe... then I had to drink a few sips and then couldn't drink it anymore..: before 75 now 205 I will not waste money on you guys anymore🫤

Sign says open at 5:30, but don’t believe it, I waited til 5:40, while employees worked the drive thru but ignored me out front. What good is Starbucks if they don’t open in the morning? Time for Caribou to come to Dallas.
