matcha was super clumpy and not good. I understand that mornings are super busy but this was disappointing :( the foam was good but I just wish the rest of the drink was consumable.

Put 4 star for food just because it’s no different from any other Starbucks. Other than that great place, as usual hard to find parking. Shop seems to be either opened recently or was just renovated. Staff is young, friendly and most importantly professional.

Why did I just pay $10 for a cup of milk at 9:30am while on my way to work??? It’s supposed to be an oat milk shaken expresso. As if I have the time for your disrespectful poorly trained baristas to remake my drink, it/ she/they knew it was unacceptable I could tell by its face and tone. Never had a worse Starbucks experience. I won’t be returning till you guys learn to hire people who are actually qualified for their job.

I just left the drive thru where i ordered a hot chocolate. I was first greeted by a lovely associate who took my white hot chocolate order. I arrived to the window, paid and waited for my order to be made. The associate steps away and another associate enters the chat. The second associate comes to the window and says, “do you speak english?” I turn my head to look at her, because this is a first. The associate is a black girl and I am a black woman. She could have said, hi, what was your order? But to abruptly ask do you speak English was a major turn off. Weird and rude. Our young people need to be educated better and she could definitely benefit from better training.

This location needs help. Ordered a drip coffee inside because the line was wrapped around the parking lot. After ordering it was almost 30 mins to get a drip coffee. Glad I didn’t order food or anything else. The one by my office is way faster.

Never go to this place we are new here in Texas we visit this place last Monday coz I’m craving for caramel macchiato and banana bread when I’m in the counter I ordered our drinks first then i look first in the pastry area to poin out and tell what I like goosebumps all pastries has a lot of small flies take Note a Lot! And i told the lady oh there’s a lot of flies and she she answered yah i know we will not serve that, so if you will not serve it or sell it remove all the pastries 😔 this is my first time to see a Starbucks like this in my whole life I told my husband that look there’s a lot of flies inside it’s a lot and we decided to transfer other other SB store we didn’t drink the coffee we just throw it. How come you pass the sanitation permit this is not a joke I hope there’s a person working in DOH that will see everything in this store 1 to flies is ok coz you cannot control that but it’s a lot so yucky🤮 I forgot to take videos of photos coz I wanna commit that time 😔
