go there often to study!! the workers deby and amrabaly were specifically nice, I was the only customer since I went there when they were about to close, they already cleaned the oven yet they nicely inform me & offered me to grab me another one!! I asked them for their names to share how nice they were

Busy college campus Starbucks. Very kind workers, and very fast service shockingly enough. Food is oftentimes pretty good however the drinks are pretty hit or miss. Usually order iced chai or a cinnamon dolce latte from here and it tastes different everytime. Not bad, just not consistent.

Absolutely garbage, had to wait 20-30 mins for a simple order. This place isn’t sanitary at all, disgusting the way they prepare the order. Waste of time and money. This place probably wouldnt even pass health regulations required for a business. Starbucks corporate needs to take a look at this place, needs a staff reform and hire workers with proper training. They show negative attitude when you ask to remake your order when it is clearly their fault especially paying extra for customizations. Go off campus if you want to get your coffee, don’t waste your money here or your time.

I asked for an alternate handoff here for my bottle which I have done a gazillion times in other starbucks but today I asked and the register insists on it is not available 3-4 times in a row.

For context, I had to wait 20 minutes in line, just to get to the register to order because there is only one register open. Once I get to the register, I wanted to get a gift card for my friend's birthday. As soon as I asked them that, no one knew how to add money to a simple gift card. Not even the manager. Safe to say I will never come back here again.

they make good drinks/food but not very efficient. i rarely come here anymore because they do put a lower amount of your drink if you ask for no whip cream.

The Indian waiter put his hands on my ordered coffee lid, speak on top of my coffee, hold the coffee for a while then handed to me. No gloves on, no mask, no service, no professionalism.

Feel dirty. I will not go to get coffee there any more.

Incredible they had 10 workers, 5 of whom were just standing around chatting and scoffing at customers. One person was training another on frappucinos. Took 20 min to get my Frappuccino. There were only 3 ahead of me. 2 cashiers and one person on espressos. Just insanely poor management. They also to give the Frappuccino to you before half of it is runny. Possibly the worst run Starbucks I've ever encountered.

Ice costs extra, no ice costs extra…. cream costs extra, water costs extra, the cup costs extra… this is the only location where my drink totaled at more than $10, and was still made incorrectly. The workers seemed utterly clueless- deaf to instruction, blind to their surroundings. Their sole focus seemed to be milking customers for every cent they possibly could to fund Naveen and Praveen Jindal’s miserable lives.

Amazing employees but really scammy prices. Charges for cream, no other Starbucks does, long wait times sometimes. Employees are great though

This Starbucks is a total scam. The manager lied to me and said light ice is not extra since they only put extra milk into the drink when clearly on the receipt it says an extra $0.75.

Water is also an extra dollar which they also failed to mention was extra. They need to clearly disclaim to customers if they're going to charge extra for this since 99% of other Starbucks locations (including other licensed locations) do not charge extra for water and less ice. Interestedly, I went back today thinking I could get a free iced water only for them to tell me it was extra. Maybe they are just incompetent.

The cafe is chaotic, staff is inept and unprofessional, and they managed to run out of ingredients?? (first day of school they were out of a type of milk - I don't remember the exact type).

Thank god I was able to get a full refund by calling customer support.

The staff is super sweet! I ask them every time to recommend a drink and it is always perfect. I will say this location is ALWAYS packed, do not be mad at the staff if they seem behind. They are always running around to make the perfects drinks!
