Just rude. I was meeting someone at this Starbucks yesterday (Dec 15th 2025) and was there at around 5.45 pm or so. I order my coffee, my friend shows up and orders his coffee. We sit inside and start talking and with in 5 minutes are told that this Starbucks is closing for the day and all have to leave. Just rude where they could have told that on the counter or let us finish our coffee before we leave. This was literally kicking customer out and just badly managed. No business to them anymore. Online shows open till 8 PM daily but we were kicked out by 6.15 PM. Would like to make a formal complain

i had went in and ordered a peppermint white mocha and it came out hot but i should have specified that i wanted it ice. when i told the girl this sunday morning w a braid making the drink she remade it and looked annoyed and then when the drink was made i had asked if it came w chips because everytime ive ordered it or gotten it it has came with chips. and her response was “idk”. i work at a coffee shop and that was the woest customer service i’ve received from a starbucks.

Half of the employees are rude. They start sweeping and putting up chairs over a half hour before they close, and dissuade people who come in within the last hour. Also they make a mess of the food I have ordered a few times.

I had a great experience at Starbucks thanks to Owen! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made my drink perfectly. You can tell he really cares about providing excellent service and making customers feel appreciated. His positive energy made my visit even better.
