Very disappointing. We ordered drinks, arrived and had to wait 20 minutes. I ordered 3 tall drinks, they were not busy. The kicker, there were atleast 7 employees working but moving like snails or just chatting.
The drinks...2 fraps that were barely mixed. My refresher made incorrectly. So bad!! I had to throw it as i couldn't even drink it. Sad I didn't realize it until in truck driving to church. I had to ask about my drinks as it was.
Atmosphere, not welcoming. No welcome or thank you.
This location needs training!

Joni, Ash and Mia made me feel very welcomed! But an overall the whole staff welcomed me when I came in and my order was out in no time! I would a 100% recommend this store

Hira is the 🌟 star of the locations for me. She makes the drive through line a personable experience. She has very natural small conversations, always looks calm when there is a rush of orders and just very humble. Thanks to Hira for her service, she makes mornings brighter and adds a smile on customer face !!!!

Not a fan of their overpriced coffee

Mobile pickup order: Well, I normally do not have experiences like this at Starbucks, so felt it was worthy of a review. 1st day coffee was like warm at best at 6:30am. Food was hot and fresh and service was on time. 2nd day: Wow. 26 min wait!!! I ordered when I left hotel and usually around 8min for a mobile order. My order quickly updated to 13-16 min wait. I thought, ok I’ll slow down do a couple other things. I arrive 3 min early at 6:50(10min after order). Coffee is ready with no stopper, so I grab that. No food. I wait till 7AM and ask barista if food coming. Nope, hadn’t even started. They were prioritizing the drive through, and not even looking at the mobile order. Unreal. This is atypical of my experiences at every Starbucks in the past. I finally walk out of the store 26min later with now warm coffee and one good thing, hot food. This caused me to be late for the rest of my morning. Anyway, staff were super nice and accommodating both times, just slow…

Came in yesterday for pickup . Order wasn't ready they have maybe 4 or 5 people .when I asked for the order I was told it wasn't ready yet, I sat down to wait even after sometime didn't have the order ready. I had to say this is taking forever for them to expedited. I won't be going to this location any more after yesterday experience.

I am absolutely appalled by the horrendous customer service I just experienced at Starbucks. My drink was made wrong, and when I brought it to their attention, Carly, the barista, was shockingly rude and dismissive. She begrudgingly agreed to fix my drink this one time but had the audacity to inform me that she wouldn’t be able to fix it next time! The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was astounding. I left feeling disrespected and deeply disappointed. This is not the level of service I expect from a brand like Starbucks.

Met some left leaning friends for coffee. We sat as far right in the place as possible and had a great chat. Still can't stand the overpriced bitter brew here and the coffee is not that great either.

The cups got smaller (according to the barista they got “shorter but wider”) but you’re still being stingy on my drink. Why does it look like someone took three sips before handing it to me?

Not all Starbucks. This one is just bad. After repeated incorrect orders the person behind the counter was just rude about fixing the drink. We didn't even tell them the other order was wrong as well. will not be returning to this location.

That was sick…..a drink need take 5min the operator tell me to park side. But it Blocked way. And I park from door side but the drive through way will be blocked and make other driver confused.they pulling the car behind me to wait.. the second picture was tasty nasty…… I drink Starbucks a lot location. This location was the horrible one no doubt!!!!
