This is my favorite Starbucks location! Everyone is very kind and welcoming. Though I’m only there for a few seconds to pick up my drink every morning, it’s a great start to my day! The drive-thru line might look busy, but the staff manages to get through it quickly. I specifically want to mention Kaleb; he always greets me when I’m in the store, and I appreciate the brief interaction!

I just wanted to give a shout-out to this location for being so kind to me this morning. I typically order from here on my way to work, but today I accidentally ordered at another location. The ladies at the drive thru window let me know and I said ok thank I'll head over that way. They said do not worry about it, we are making it for you now so you don't have to drive out of your way. I offered to even pay again and they said no you already did but I felt bad. They made my drink as always and I was on my way to work in no time. And not late, because let's face it guys, we all will be late to get coffee lol. Thank you all again for making my morning smooth and easy. Happy Holidays to you all 😁🫶🏼

If I can leave at Zero review and it's Christmas time the guy at the drive-thru is a little bit of a smartass probably due to he didn't get a tip for hand in me two items I don't appreciate it and I know nothing will be done about it cuz why it's Starbucks and he was rude if he was rude to me he was rude to everybody else in that drive-thru and it is the 24th of December 9:22 a.m.

Dont bother ordering online they take more care and more attention to the people who walk in and order in the drive thru than the ones who order ahead, 10 minutes here after I ordered on the mobile app, still waiting for my drink because they only started making it until I asked for it.
Very disappointing. We ordered drinks, arrived and had to wait 20 minutes. I ordered 3 tall drinks, they were not busy. The kicker, there were atleast 7 employees working but moving like snails or just chatting. The drinks...2 fraps that were barely mixed. My refresher made incorrectly. So bad!! I had to throw it as i couldn't even drink it. Sad I didn't realize it until in truck driving to church. I had to ask about my drinks as it was. Atmosphere, not welcoming. No welcome or thank you. This location needs training! Very disappointing.

Hira is the 🌟 star of the locations for me. She makes the drive through line a personable experience. She has very natural small conversations, always looks calm when there is a rush of orders and just very humble. Thanks to Hira for her service, she makes mornings brighter and adds a smile on customer face !!!!
