Avoid! It took me half an hour to get my coffee on the drive through. There were only four cars in front of me. I took the time from when the car prior to me left to when I got my latte: 5mins. Terrible experience.

This place is the absolute worst. Apparently you are better off going through the dfive-thru as opposed to walking inside for a to-go drink. I came at 7 am on a Saturday, there were maybe 5 people in the store and 3 in shops ahead of me. It took 15 minutes for them to make my drink. I had to ask the guy behind the counter why it took so long and he informed me that "2 other people" were suppose to be here. In the service industry. The inshop people take priority, not according to Starbucks though...I only come to this starbucks because it's close to my nearby bagel shop I like frequenting. I will actively steer clear of here and drive the extra miles to another one if it means I can receive my coffee in a timely manner. Do Not Come Here

I frequent this location often. I ordered my usual latte, and they never make the drink correct. They fill the cup up half full! These drinks are $7 and $8.00, they should make them correctly and not give you a half cup of foam. So I said something to the girl working and asked her to remake it and she gave me a snotty look. Honestly, that’s fine she can think I am a witch, but please make the drinks correctly if you are going to charge these prices.

I placed my usual mobile order for a coffee and menu item at 7:26 AM, with an estimated pickup time of 7:31 AM. When I pulled up to the speaker to confirm it was a mobile order, the young lady on the speaker responded with, "We just received that order a minute ago. Next time, try putting it in 5-10 minutes ahead so we can have it prepared for you."
As a point of reference, it was 7:30 AM at the time.
I was taken aback by this comment. As a frequent customer of this location, I’ve never been told this before, and it left me quite disappointed. In my experience, mobile orders are appreciated regardless of whether they’re placed 1 minute or 10 minutes in advance. They’re meant to make things more convenient, not to be met with frustration or a passive-aggressive tone.
Starbucks has always been my go-to for coffee, and I sincerely hope this feedback is taken into consideration. I also hope that future visits are more in line with the quality and service Starbucks is known for.

I was at the store. There were hardly 4 customers inside the store and they were like seven employees and I waited like 10 to 12 minutes to place an order, The barista 2 times showed up on the counter every time she asked me to wait. And it looked like everyone was waiting for each other to go and take the order.

I have been to this Starbucks many times over the past few years. Their accuracy rate is very good. They are friendly. They are just… kind of slow. lol. I think they may have so many people ordering it’s hard to keep up. Order in advance in the app if you can. Makes it a breeze.
Bad experience, The staff was unhelpful and did not assist with a simple request about my order.

I use to be a fan of Starbucks. I'm over it. This location must have new poorly trained staff. I have ignored the continuous wrong orders and poor customer service. Not worth the money.

Was trying to buy box for our neighbors, all without power. Came in ordered, said wait was 20mins. Perfectly fine. Waited, then went inside only to find out they didn’t have any boxes. No one came out or tried to tell us this. Then couldn’t figure out how to refund properly. Not a fun trip. Won’t be back.
I ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso venti and got this half filled cup. When I asked the barista that it’s half filed she said it’s suppose to be like this with foam on top. But this much foam ? And the way she responded was very rude. You donot expect such service from Starbucks?
