I asked for a matcha and they give it to me full of matcha powder, they don't mix it well, it seems that the matcha arrina I'm drinking, the drinks are never good for me, the barista who attended me today, December 18 at 9 pm

Tried the new protein foam drink today and really liked it! 💪😋
Stopped by around 5 PM — the indoor area was pretty crowded, but there was plenty of seating available outside, which worked out great. There wasn’t a long line to order, but the staff seemed quite busy handling drive-thru and pickup orders. Still, they were friendly and got my drink out in a reasonable time. Overall, a good experience and I’d definitely go back to try more drinks!

Avoid this location. Had to wait in drive-thru line for a ten minutes. When I get to the window the barista couldn't even give an apology before thrusting the tip screen in my face. Then another five minutes for getting two drinks that were sub par. Based on the other reviews posted in the past few months looks like they are not even trying to improve.

Firstly they are super slow and always mess up my drink. When you call them to get it fixed - whoever is in charge are young kids who doesn’t know how to speak with customers. They don’t know how to void transactions. So dumb

Im new to the starbucks culture and had a gift card given to me recently so I wanted to use it for food and a coffee. Immediately as I entered this location the Baristas all turned to look at me and Immediately gave me a cold and non welcoming attitude. The first Barista informed on where to place my order but was very mean and inconsiderate as I had no clue where to start the process. Then the barista taking my order was very inconsiderate when he was talking to me about the options of sizes for my coffee. As well as the whole store portrayed such a miserable and judgemental atmosphere. First time being there and will never go again.

I never have so many issues like in this place. I place my order online to pick up at the drive thru. When I arrived the lady told me they just got my order that I will have to wait something that I consider it doesn’t make any sense bec if I place my order in the drive thru at that moment I will have to wait anyway she told me to move forward when I arrived to the window she told me to park in front and someone will bring my coffee she said was almost done. I waited for 10 min and i walked inside the order was placed on the counter they were all talking no even one costumer inside or outside and apparently they got offended bec they forgot to bring my coffee and I claimed it to them. Prior to this situation they also give me the wrong order of croissants. The worst Starbucks place ever.

Waited about 20 minutes or so in the drive thru line only to be handed a drink that tastes horrible. The syrup wasn't even mixed into the drink. Starbucks is too expensive for a drink to taste bad. I had to add coffee creamer from the grocery store just to make it decent enough so I wouldn't have to throw it away. Do not reccomend this location. Also the young lady seemed to be alone. If youre not going to properly staff the location, why even have it open?

terrible service, not sanitary, messed up order 5 different times even with a mobile order. staff don’t know how to speak to customers in a friendly manner, always with an attitude, overall terrible. do not go to this location, go off campus.

Avoid! It took me half an hour to get my coffee on the drive through. There were only four cars in front of me. I took the time from when the car prior to me left to when I got my latte: 5mins. Terrible experience.

This place is the absolute worst. Apparently you are better off going through the dfive-thru as opposed to walking inside for a to-go drink. I came at 7 am on a Saturday, there were maybe 5 people in the store and 3 in shops ahead of me. It took 15 minutes for them to make my drink. I had to ask the guy behind the counter why it took so long and he informed me that "2 other people" were suppose to be here. In the service industry. The inshop people take priority, not according to Starbucks though...I only come to this starbucks because it's close to my nearby bagel shop I like frequenting. I will actively steer clear of here and drive the extra miles to another one if it means I can receive my coffee in a timely manner. Do Not Come Here
