Unfortunately I have to share my experience. I love Starbucks, this was just an isolated experience. Employees talking on headsets, very poor customer service. I had a long wait for my online order, 10-15 minutes. Whatever their conversation was about, it didn’t belong in the workplace.

I’ve come to this location many times with the expectation that previous bad service was due to some unusual circumstance. I have received incorrect drinks. Been the only one in the drive thru and waited 15 minutes for my drink. Other times I have waited at the window for 5 minutes before being acknowledged, finally a lady comes to the window (while having a conversation to a friend on her phone), I make the payment for my order and then wait another five minutes just to have another employee come to the window and ask for payment once again. Not sure why service is always terrible at this location, even when there are few customers and so I have decided to leave this review for those who do not appreciate having their time wasted
This is the best location of any Starbucks that I've been to. The management is stellar. Danny and Sonny are running the show in this place and have absolutely exemplary people skills. I can go to multiple Starbucks in the region, but I choose to drive out of my way to go to this one whenever I have time to sit down to have coffee due to the great conversation that I get from these guys. I'm more than just about the great Starbucks coffee, but the atmosphere & vibe also play a large role. You can tell that they care about their customers and their employees, and you can't fake that with some people, and you certainly cannot fake that with me. I highly recommend this location for anybody even if you have to travel a little bit further to come here. Also, a notable mention is a gentleman named Erin who is a great young man and employee at this location. This is the first coffee shop that I've ever been inclined to actually sit down and spend any time in, as normally I just grab a coffee and go, but yeah, great store. Swing by and check it out! ...

This one of my favorite Starbucks in my hometown city of Dallas. The staff /beverages/atmosphere is excellent. The restrooms are always clean. I’ve had food here before. It was nice. This time we had lots of great coffee 🤎🤎🤎🤎

I went to this location because they have pumpkin loaf. I also brought my own cup. Not only did they not put the coffee in my personal cup but they gave me banana bread instead of pumpkin loaf. And the server was so rude when I asked about where the pumpkin bread was. He said that he was not in charge of getting the food out.

horrible customer service at the window from the young lady working there. just a “here” while she handed me my stuff and no have a good day or anything after that. just horrible vibe.

I got the wrong drink. After I got home and it had been 25 minutes or more, I had to drive back to get my right drink. She offered to give me the same cold drink, because she said it was still hot! I told her it had at least more than 30 minutes, and I wanted a new drink! They didn’t even say I’m sorry for making you drive and waste your gas to come back and get the right drink and then they give me a drink really fast and said here you go, and nothing else thru the drive thru. She didn’t even apologize for making me struggle when ordering or at the window. I was trying to give her the wrong drink back but she walked away and left me there in the drive-thru with their window open and never came back! She gave me the drink, and said here you go, and left!
Anyone can make a mistake but it’s how you react to the mistake and this is not the first time that this location on Jupiter and Buckingham makes a mistake. Their lack of customer service is really bad.

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, and after recently moving to the area, I stopped by this location on my way to work. What a fantastic start to my morning! David was a pleasant early morning surprise—his kindness and excellent customer service truly stood out. I’m new to ordering on the mobile app, and he took the time to answer all my questions with patience and a smile. My caramel macchiato was made to perfection and delivered with such great care. Usually, it’s the coffee that gets me going, but on this day, it was David’s warm and friendly service that made all the difference. A wonderful way to start the day—thank you, David! Exceptional service!!

someone either replace that speaker or take it off, , it sounds so terrible, super annoying while siiting here with a cup of coffee
Would be nice if they actually fill the cup fully to top if not shouldnt charge for the larger size.
Bad experience, I ordered the Dubai chocolate matcha and they got my order wrong. They ignored me and got an attitude when I tried talking to them.

locked restrooms when my fiancee needed to use them, not a good way to get business in an area NOT endemic with homeless people or crime
How can I rate a 1 star right? It’s Starbucks however the person at the drive register Samantha on Jan 18 2025 around 2:14 had horrible service she freaking sucked lol!!!!!!!!! Girl stay home if you have that bad little attitude.
