Service was horrible , waited half an hour for drinks when they weren’t even busy. The girl looking completely stupid taking her sweet time complaining the whole time. This store freaking sucks. Drove to the Starbucks down the road on Plano to get everything remade because the drinks were horrible and the manager came out telling us that we were the 5th people who’ve come in that same day complaining about them. Thank you starbucks on plano road. You guys are amazing unlike this location.Dont even bother with them.

I came to this location, Sunday 6/29. I wanted to recognize the 2 workers in the afternoon around 2ish. They were doing their best to keep up with the orders. They stayed positive, smiling, greeted customers, and working together to get the job done. I had to wait, but I did not mind. A coworker called out that day and these workers were doing their best under the circumstances. I hope their management sees this and recognizes them in a special way and possibly strategize so workers are not stranded when these situations come up.

Unfortunately I have to share my experience. I love Starbucks, this was just an isolated experience. Employees talking on headsets, very poor customer service. I had a long wait for my online order, 10-15 minutes. Whatever their conversation was about, it didn’t belong in the workplace.

I’ve come to this location many times with the expectation that previous bad service was due to some unusual circumstance. I have received incorrect drinks. Been the only one in the drive thru and waited 15 minutes for my drink. Other times I have waited at the window for 5 minutes before being acknowledged, finally a lady comes to the window (while having a conversation to a friend on her phone), I make the payment for my order and then wait another five minutes just to have another employee come to the window and ask for payment once again. Not sure why service is always terrible at this location, even when there are few customers and so I have decided to leave this review for those who do not appreciate having their time wasted
This is the best location of any Starbucks that I've been to. The management is stellar. Danny and Sonny are running the show in this place and have absolutely exemplary people skills. I can go to multiple Starbucks in the region, but I choose to drive out of my way to go to this one whenever I have time to sit down to have coffee due to the great conversation that I get from these guys. I'm more than just about the great Starbucks coffee, but the atmosphere & vibe also play a large role. You can tell that they care about their customers and their employees, and you can't fake that with some people, and you certainly cannot fake that with me. I highly recommend this location for anybody even if you have to travel a little bit further to come here. Also, a notable mention is a gentleman named Erin who is a great young man and employee at this location. This is the first coffee shop that I've ever been inclined to actually sit down and spend any time in, as normally I just grab a coffee and go, but yeah, great store. Swing by and check it out! ...

This one of my favorite Starbucks in my hometown city of Dallas. The staff /beverages/atmosphere is excellent. The restrooms are always clean. I’ve had food here before. It was nice. This time we had lots of great coffee 🤎🤎🤎🤎

I went to this location because they have pumpkin loaf. I also brought my own cup. Not only did they not put the coffee in my personal cup but they gave me banana bread instead of pumpkin loaf. And the server was so rude when I asked about where the pumpkin bread was. He said that he was not in charge of getting the food out.
