Rude slow and terrible customer service! Almost got my foot swept by manager who acts like I wasn’t standing there!

I do not see how this Starbucks is even still in business. On two different occasions of shopping at this location I was looking forward to stopping in and grabbing a beverage. Two times now during posted regular business hours there was not a staff member in sight. Not only upon arrival but also after shopping on my way out. The tables were also not organized or clean. Can’t say I would even trust this location after noticing these few details, not that I would be able to since I can never even seem to get the chance to even put in an order in the first place.

Me and girlfriend went to the inhouse Starbucks at Tom thumb and ordered caramel frappe our barista Grace made the drink for us but the Carmel pump was not working and she noticed it, because of which our drink was a bit less sweet Grace went out of her way and redid our order again to make sure we had the best experience, and her thoughtful attitude truly made our day. Thank you, Grace—you’re a sweetheart!

Ordered a venti iced matcha latte, and half of it was foam. Once the foam settled it barely touched the top line. Sucks to pay $6+ and only get half of it. I’d just go across the street to a real Starbucks next time.

I am always so pleased to shop at the Coit and Campbell location. The store is readily available for a price welcoming shopping experience. I came in the store on Saturday looking for some patriotic cupcakes.. red white and blue. I didn’t at first glance find them or any other item that would fit.. but, then I continued. The young lady behind the bakery counter told me that she would look to see if there were flags available to put on the two l layer cakes that I spotted. There were no flags, but, she found red white and blue sprinkles!! She placed Happy Veteran’s Day on the cakes. I was celebrating 1 deceased veteran and 1 who has dementia. I want to thank her, because it was a Big Deal to the residents in my care home.
I’m not going to this location on dayli base but still getting my cup of coffee without spending time on waiting

Store apparently closes more than ten minutes prior to posted closing time. After waiting outside for several minutes and asking staff standing inside what time they closed, an employee opened a door, then stated "I'm trying to get out of here. " When I asked if I could come in quickly to get cough drops for my son, the employee replied "You have five minutes" with a rude tone of voice. Rushed, I was not able to find what I needed and left several minutes before closing time. I asked for the employee's name. She refused to share her name. Her manager did not provide support or service either. When Tom Thumb does not provide a convenient experience, then the high prices and limited selection do not justify the trip. -very disappointed

Every time I go it seems like theyre training a new person. Not a bad thing, just an observation. All in all though everything you’d expect from a Starbucks. Recents drinks, normal Starbucks prices.
If I order a WHITE CHOCOLATE HOT CHOCOLATE that’s what I would like to have. EVERYTIME I come to THIS location I end up with a regular Hot Chocolate. Slow down and PAY ATTENTION !!!
