Staff was friendly, but unfortunately the drip coffee was lukewarm. They even served me another as a replacement, but it was still warm. They stated their machines are old and have a challenge meeting temperature.

People listen Up! My name is Scott and I have just had one of the most embarrassing and disgusting experiences in my life at this Starbucks. I had went into the Starbucks around 6:30pm to order an iced tea. When I got there I needed to use the restroom really bad before ordering my drink, so I proceeded to go back to the back of the store to the restroom. One of the restrooms was locked or occupied but the other one was available so I went in, locked the door and proceeded to use it. As I started using it the worker by the name Robbie who was a guy started knocking on the door, I clearly said loudly that someone is using it here. He then proceeded to unlock the door with his store keys and a group of girls was sitting right by the restroom at a table watching this happen. I didn’t even have time to pull my pants up all the way before he comes in the door as I’m yelling at him …Hey I’m using it here and you heard me say that when you knocked on the door what are you doing? He started laughing and said “oh I’m sorry I thought I locked both doors with the key when I cleaned it earlier.
Be careful at this location people. I have reached out to corporate and I’m making a police report for a violation of my privacy. I also took names of the witnesses that say this.

Great store, ample seating, nice employees. One of the few Starbucks that has not been remodeled recently to remove all the seating.

I love the staff here! They are so nice and welcoming! This morning, was a rough but I received a message on my cup to “have the best day ever”. It was so personal and touchy! This made my morning a lot better! Thank you ??

Stopped in for some pastries before work. There was a young lady sitting waiting for her order. The server was working and trying to hold a conversation and make orders at the same time. She had the lady's coffee. We were the only ones in the store. A man came in and she made his coffee before taking my order. She says she would be with me and contued with busy work. Another gentleman came in. She had taken my order by then but still took care of this man before me. That's two men before me. She finally started my order. This is about the third time this has happened to me. I will not be returning to this store again.

I usually get the Pink Drink whenever I go to Starbucks but everytime I get a Pink Drink from here, it tastes different from other stores. It’s clearly less sweet and I’ve had this experience multiple times. Even my mother agrees. I don’t understand why this happens- I’m pretty sure the recipe for drinks is the same in every store? We even said to put less ice and it still tastes bland. There’s barely any sweetness to it compared to other Starbucks.

Not a very clean store!

I went in to pick up a doordash order and the barista, grace, was the most positive and wonderful barista i have ever met. i worked in food service for years and i have never seen such pleasant customer service as well as encouragement for her coworkers. she was excellent at her job and went above and beyond for me and every other customer i saw her interact with. i only wish there was a more surefire way to give her recognition

Came in on Christmas Morning, The 2 young ladies behind the counter were so sweet and cheerful. Service like this is one of the reasons I love Starbucks.
