The food is ok, but I didn’t like the service, I don’t know if the woman was racist or if she just didn’t want to do her work but I told her about 5 times that I wasn’t done with my order and she just started handing me bags and telling me to pay. Horrible service.

I always come to this Starbucks after I drop my son off at school. I have never had a problem with the staff until this morning. Whichever woman was taking orders in the drive thru this morning (12/9/24) was so incredibly rude. The young African american male at the window handing me my drinks was so sweet thank god. I thanked him for being so nice. To be so rude to someone first thing in the morning is not how i want to start my mornings.

Attitude is key in life! Daniel seems to think his attitude is ok toward customers!
This is the second time his attitude and energy was not very welcoming. This is not the Starbucks way!!!

I paid 10.50$ for short latte and pumpkin loaf !!!!! Latte tastes nothing but milk
The loaf which was bad and not fresh and tasted like it was in fridge since days?!!! I started to believe how pricey and cheap quality starbuck provide i prefer to go local coffee shops later.

Last few iced lattes I’ve ordered from them haven’t had enough ice in them, so I end up with a room temperature coffee, plus the ice that is there melts faster and waters it down. You can see in the image that my drink wasn’t even cold enough to cause condensation despite it being warm outside…

The staff is probably the nicest among all the Starbucks I visited in a while ? We met a male staff when driving through, and he is super friendly and literally lit up my day.

Apparently if you want an ice water with matcha added they have to charge $8.00 for a latte even though there is no sweetener or milk. Just honest robbery is all. Been ordering this drink almost 20 years

Visited this Starbucks store today & ordered 2 "Iced Pumpkin Spice chai Latte" one tall & one grande and not "Iced Chai Latte". The lady got the order wrong and gave 2 tall "Iced Chai Latte". Tried talking to her but not sure why they didn't even care to listen to us. This is super irritating and frustrating. Will never ever visit this store again.

Drinks here are a hit or miss. It depends on who is making your drink. I had tasty drinks from here, but then I’ve also had very disappointing drinks.

Now with my order, my matcha & my husbands matcha were not shaken or mixed right and the vanilla flavor in the cold foam was LACKING in both drinks. ?
