Sometimes it takes the lil things. I went this morning. I was asked if I was going to pay on the app. I said so im paying cash and on my way to carwash. Instead of giving me all large bills. She provided me with some ones. I could run to the car wash without the hassle of finding change. I appreciated that so much. Knowing that she was listening and took care of me more ways than one.
I always come to this Starbucks after I drop my son off at school. I have never had a problem with the staff until this morning. Whichever woman was taking orders in the drive thru this morning (12/9/24) was so incredibly rude. The young African american male at the window handing me my drinks was so sweet thank god. I thanked him for being so nice. To be so rude to someone first thing in the morning is not how i want to start my mornings.

Allison is seriously the sweetest person I’ve ever met. I always just get a triple shot of espresso over ice, nothing fancy—but she still treats me like I’m her favorite customer every time. She’s so upbeat, kind, and always makes my day.
She’s also the absolute sweetest to my little teacup puppy, Stormi, and never forgets to offer a pup cup. It’s those little things that make her so special.
