Shoutout to the leadership and the employees here. 2 different occasions where they handled/helped my situation. Situation #1 a cat got stuck under my hood and they gave me a cup of water and a paper bag to try and help me catch the cat. Situation #2 someone had taken my to-go order and they refunded me gave me a voucher as an apology. I still continue to go here cause i know i’m well taken care of as a customer. Thank you to this team working here
I come to this local almost every single day. I ordered a Venti pink drink instead of coconut milk with heavy cream, vanilla beans, and strawberry purée and let me just say Jenny at the window is amazing. The sweetest person ever Jenny makes my day weekend. Excellent with Service
The baristas here are very good at their job! 10/10 experience. Lana was especially helpful and really just truly amazing at her job. Starbucks should give her a really big raise for the service she gives. Lana was probably the best barista I think I've EVER had in my entire life. Truly wonderful honestly
