Who knew a simple ice water order would be such a big deal. Most of the time it’s not what you say it’s how you say it, and might I say, Drew needs some training on how to interface with customers, ESPECIALLY as the manager.
I had just picked up my medicine and needed water to take them with. I came through drive thru and asked for two ice waters (one for my son and I). Drew asked if I wanted anything else and I replied no that was okay. She advised me that if I wanted the water, I would need to buy something. I let her know I just wanted the ice water and don’t mind paying. She then asked me if I wanted to buy bottle of waters because they are still cold and I advised I would like ice water and reiterated that I don’t mind paying for it. She replied nastily “sure if that’s what you want to do” and I said thank you.
I just don’t believe an attitude was necessary. It’s my money and if I want to buy ice water, I should be able to. Get Drew some training and please do better!

Disappointed with today’s order. I ordered a venti cappuccino this morning, but when I received it, the cup was barely half full. I understand that cappuccinos usually have foam on top, but this was clearly less than half the cup, which felt like poor value for a venti size. I hope the store can pay more attention to consistency and portion next time.

I cannot express how happy I am with this location—from the service to the handcrafted drinks. I usually stop by early in the morning or later in the afternoon, and no matter the time or day, all of the baristas are well-spoken, humble, and greet customers warmly. The pink drink I received was 90% ice, which isn't the first time I've faced this issue with Starbucks.
