Absolutely done with Starbucks as a whole after today! Experienced the nastiest service after kindly complaining about an improperly made drink this morning. The first barista (who was very kind) agreed to remake the drink and another barista inserted himself and sloppily made the drink. I made sure to exchange words with him because his behavior was truly disgusting. Will never give Starbucks my money again.

Everything about this Starbucks location is incredible. The baristas are some of the nicest people I have ever met. The music playlist is full of incredible songs. This is a really great place to study, get work done, and just hang out. All Starbucks locations should emulate what this store does right, which is everything. Will keep coming here forever.

I don't know who is in charge of the music but it sounded like an employee had their own music playing? It was the worst thing I've ever heard it was so loud I couldn't sit in peace because it was hurting my head. It was super creepy music and just nothing I've ever experienced in a starbucks before. Please put the radio back to what it used to be and get the loud emo grunge music out. People want to enjoy their coffee in peace.
