Everything about this Starbucks location is incredible. The baristas are some of the nicest people I have ever met. The music playlist is full of incredible songs. This is a really great place to study, get work done, and just hang out. All Starbucks locations should emulate what this store does right, which is everything. Will keep coming here forever.

I don't know who is in charge of the music but it sounded like an employee had their own music playing? It was the worst thing I've ever heard it was so loud I couldn't sit in peace because it was hurting my head. It was super creepy music and just nothing I've ever experienced in a starbucks before. Please put the radio back to what it used to be and get the loud emo grunge music out. People want to enjoy their coffee in peace.

Came this morning, tried to use my app and of course it was logged out making me reset my password! Lol Cam was the sweetest and told me to log in in case I had stars to use. She said take your time. Luckily there wasn’t a line behind me so I didn’t feel rushed by anyone. She was so patient wanting to make sure I used what I had instead of spending money I didn’t need to. She was amazing and very helpful!

Cade was awesome. He remade my drink. Starbucks is wack for charging so much for their drink. Also profiting a genocide in the Middle East with Palestine, but it ain’t cades fault. Than on you cade.

This location is great! My husband and I have been going here for the past year or so since it’s so close to us. (More my hubby than me, but if he isn’t on his way to work then he’ll grab me something too as well. ☺️) This location has always been very warm and welcoming whenever we come to pick up our orders. I think anyone with a negative review on here has either never worked in the service industry before, or are just plain miserable, because neither one of us had had a bad experience here ever. I’m not so much as a regular than my husband is, but I think it’s so cute how everyone seems to know him whenever I do go by myself (his name is Trevor fyi ?) The fact that the employees sees us as people just like them and not just a number or a random customer feels great, and we of course will still frequent this location as much as possible!

This place was filthy! Inside and out, tables and floors/patio were cluttered with trash and spilled foods. There seemed to be as many employees as there were customers, but they were all behind the counters. No one made the slightest attempt at cleaning.As a loyal Starbucks customer for over two decades in numerous cities and states, I'm extremely saddened to see the location nearest my new home to be in such an horrific condition.

Employees like Jamie , Chloe, Avery are one of the many reasons this location/company is so successful. I praise the one who saw their gifts in communication and hospitality and hired them! Please hire more like them and I’ll promise to be a Starbucks customer for life!!!!!!Thank y’all so much for serving me and my family and putting a big smile on our faces
