I had an amazing experience at Sticky Rice! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The variety on the menu was impressive, and everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. What truly set this place apart was the outstanding customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience.

Sticky Rice—Richardson is always my go-to for Laotian/Thai cuisine! Food and service have always been consistent. I highly recommend trying the herb chicken and pad kee mao. Also, I love how you can adjust the protein/spice level. Special shoutout to cashier/server Taylor and owner Pakeo.

Everytime I walk in I’m greeted with a friendly hello! Sometimes the workers there already know me and hand me my food whenever I order pickup lol! Best dish in my opinion is the herb chicken fried rice, get it whenever you visit!!

Always a pleasure coming here. The front staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, and the service is fast and attentive. You can tell they care about the details, from the fresh, hot meals to how carefully everything is packed. Definitely a go-to spot!

This place always has really friendly workers. The worker helped me go through the menu, which I really appreciated. There is lots of seating and a family-friendly atmosphere. The meal is always spot-on. Nothing is overstated when they say that everything is freshly prepared to order and is served hot. I never have to worry about spills because even their to-go items are packed so nicely. Excellent meals and a pleasant setting make this place a solid choice.

The food is decent. I’ve been two times and both times the customer service is terrible. The people taking your order in the front act as if you’re bothering them and they don’t want to be there. Different people both times I’ve been but same bad attitude. I even had to ask if the young lady was okay today that’s how much I felt like I was bothering her or maybe she was having a bad day but either way I won’t be back.

Food is always great , the fried chicken rolls are amazing , the rice was lacking in a little flavor today but nothing a little soy sauce didn’t fix.
HOWEVER -2 stars for the service received today. I’m usually helped by the younger dude and he’s always phenomenal. BUT the red headed girl they had working today was rude af. If this was my first time coming, I would NEVER come back. Excuse me for having the audacity to interrupt your scrolling 😒

Terrible place, they don't respect the schedule, they close early!!!
The food made me feel dizzy after eating less than half of it. Portion size was nice. I ordered the herb chicken fried rice and chicken egg rolls. The taste was OK but something in it made me feel bad.

I placed an order for two pad Thai entrees for takeout. The service was great, but the food was extremely disappointing.
The flavor was lacking. It tasted like old cooking oil was used. Very one note, with an acrid after taste. No brightness, as is expected from pad Thai.
The texture of the tofu was all shriveled up, as if it was old or overcooked.
Both entrees had the same issues. After only a couple bites, we both ended up tossing them in the trash, as they were inedible.
Extremely disappointing.

If you come here with an average stomach, expect to pay 15-18 dollars for two meals.
The portions are MASSIVE, with plenty of protein. Almost makes me wish they sold smaller portions because it's a shame to let such good food go cold because you can't eat it all!
