Went to this subway instead of the one I usually go to because this location is closer to my job. Staff were okay not very friendly. My issue is I had a hair on the bread. Like the hair was imbedded in the bread (I assume the hair fell on the raw bread and then put in the oven). I also understand these things “happen”. No hairnets and the one preparing the meal was the only one wearing a hat. Most veggies were looking sad from the freezer burn. Won’t return and won’t recommend

The guy handled money and then went on to handle the bread and everything without gloves!! Then he put half cheese in the sandwich and told me I had to pay more to have the other half of the sandwich with cheese ! Total stealing!

The girl didn’t speak any English and she was there alone. How you supposed to tell her how you want your sandwich?
Then she charges me for the meal and says No Soda….. so how am I supposed to ask not to be charged for it or give me one from the fridge.

I came at 9:50pm which admittedly already feels like a crappy thing to do but they don't close till 10pm. Guy told me they were closed and I couldn't get food

Lady behind the counter unfortunately spoke mostly Spanish and thus didn't understand half of the order, leaving off many things until we just gave up and she put whatever she wanted on it. Big empty spots where they were out of ingredients, and we paid for a drink but the soda fountain was empty. Worker was also all alone doing everything herself.

Giving 1 star for rude and unsatisfactory customer service, as well as false advertising. They have signs up in the stores that state "get a free 20 oz Gatorade with purchase of ANY sandwich and bag of chips" nowhere on ANY of the signage, not even in fine print, does it state the sandwich must be a large. In fact, it says "ANY sandwich." The cashier was rude and combative and said it's only for a large sandwich. Which is not at all what the promotion signs say. She didn't show any kind of proof that this was a stipulation of the deal and just told me "no,sorry" with attitude. Additionally, I ordered a meatball sub & it was so dry because she hardly put any sauce on it.

Came to this location at 8:30 and the person behind the counter told me i had to wait 15 minutes because he had online orders to make. Very unprofessional won’t be back to this location

Went at 9:40,they close at 10pm. Attendant was VERY rude, told me it was closed even though he still had all the sandwich items available. Followed me belligerantly to the door and made a big scene of locking it behind me at 9:43.

Woman behind counter was extremely rude. She kept saying “what do you want” when moving on to the next thing. I asked her for slightly toasted she just looked at me and proceeded to make it very toasty. I asked for a lot of ranch and she put one line of it, when asked for more she put it away and wrapped up my sandwich. I then asked for 2 sides of ranch and she told me “just one” and cashed me out. 0/10 for her.

The person at the counter was super rude.
The person who made my sandwich was awesome. The bread was just slightly undercooked. The windows at this location have some smears on the glass, but the sandwich was still good.
