Only one person working during lunch in a high traffic area? Took 25 min just to reach the counter. Owners need to pay more employees to work, poor girl was working so hard but she’s only one person

Just kinda disappointed in the service and wait. I was there waiting and they kept filling Togo orders That were arriving while I was already there. Definitely understaffed and maybe not the employees fault but 15 min and not even a greeting or a we'll be right with you made me just leave. He was still gonna fill those other orders and didn't even look at me.

Ordered online and drove there to pick up at 11 am. The shop was CLOSED and after several attempts with customer service, I eventually FAILED TO GET A REFUND...... Horrible horrible experience, with Subway in general too.

I tried Subway for the first time in the USA at this location with my friends. We received good food and service from Nancy. She was very patient and polite to us and made us feel at home. Shoutout to her!!! She deserves a promotion and a raise if not both 👍🏾👍🏾

Let me help you avoid wasting your time here. I came in at 6:20pm today to grab a sandwich before work. The clerk, who was on a personal call, saw me come in, made eye contact as I walked to the counter and then disappeared around a corner to continue his call. 3 or 4 minutes later I could still hear him casually chatting away with his call. I left at that point. The customer is NOT a priority here, so don't even bother coming in. Plenty of options close by that will appreciate your business.

Today I was walking with this hot day to buy something to eat and when they prepared my food and it was my turn to pay they told me that they had no cash that I had to go get cash and then come back and leave my food prepared and cold because the store does not have the ability to solve it is something unpleasant because we only go for something to eat not do the work that corresponds to the store unfortunately I had to leave and leave my food because I could not get cash thank you SUBWAY for that excellent service👍

Unfortunately, the man who served us was extremely rude. He didn't even know what ingredients a sandwich had. The way he spoke to us was truly horrible. It's clear he doesn't like his job. They need to be more attentive in customer service.

Gone in this location twice and experienced the same delays in getting greeted and served. Night personnel acts annoyed to get customers. This time around I left instead of waiting.

Went to this subway instead of the one I usually go to because this location is closer to my job. Staff were okay not very friendly. My issue is I had a hair on the bread. Like the hair was imbedded in the bread (I assume the hair fell on the raw bread and then put in the oven). I also understand these things “happen”. No hairnets and the one preparing the meal was the only one wearing a hat. Most veggies were looking sad from the freezer burn. Won’t return and won’t recommend

The guy handled money and then went on to handle the bread and everything without gloves!! Then he put half cheese in the sandwich and told me I had to pay more to have the other half of the sandwich with cheese ! Total stealing!

The girl didn’t speak any English and she was there alone. How you supposed to tell her how you want your sandwich?
Then she charges me for the meal and says No Soda….. so how am I supposed to ask not to be charged for it or give me one from the fridge.
