I just moved to Dallas and was so excited to get some subway since i don’t have groceries yet but they had the doors locked more than 30 minutes early. So disappointing!!!

We decided to come to this location and what a disappointment! When we got there it was empty, the lady that was there’s had everything empty, no lettuce no onions no lids , bad costumer service. We asked for chicken teriyaki she didn’t mention it’s not on the menu anymore but decided to give us what she wanted! . Yall need to train your employees better, instead of been on her phone she could have restock everything….

Well, I was hungry, and I was looking forward to grabbing some takeout, but the lights had been turned out, the door's locked, and I got out of my car to make sure that the doors were locked and what the store hours were and proceeded to leave a little disappointed and a bit irritated. I took a picture of the store hours and time, because as I was leaving, an employee peaked his head around the corner, so clearly somebody was there that just chose to be done for the day, even though theoretically he should've still been open and serving your customers. Hire better employees.

Had I read the reviews, I would have gone to a different location. Will not be returning here. Took almost 30 mins for a sandwich, 15 mins before they completed one person. And another 15 minutes cause their system froze
On top of that, they didn’t have breads available like the herbs and cheese or the ghost pepper bread and topping section was nearly empty….

Please save your money and go some place else! This is the worst Subway location in Texas. They barely understand English and gets mad when they mess up your order! Elderly lady in there has a nasty attitude, i don’t even think she’s fit to be working in a fast food establishment. She moves slower than molasses and constantly messes up your order or never tell you when they’re out of toppings! 0 stars if i could.

Worst location and the staff is very rude. I was asking for napkins for the Togo order and the staff said no napkins for the Togo order. Wil never go to this Iocation gain even if I’m starving to death.

Got to the store during lunch hour to find no one in line and then proceeded to wait for over 10 minutes for my order to be taken. Evidently making orders for people in the store takes less priority than orders for people not in the store. The one employee in the store was working diligently but clearly overwhelmed so I don't fault her for what is clearly terrible management.

I give it two stars because it was somewhat clean, if you have food allergies don’t go because they had different veggies that were in with other veggies, the older Hispanic lady that made my sandwich was hard of hearing or something , first I told her 6 inch she started to make a foot long, she got upset when I corrected her. Secondly I asked for turkey and ham. She literally gave me one slice of turkey and one slice of ham. I tried to correct her she gave me one more slice of turkey: still not the correct amount of meat for a 6 inch . Thirdly, I asked shredder cheese, she gave me the tiniest bit in the center of my sandwich. So I asked for extra and she charged me extra but still wasn’t even the amount for “regular amount of cheese” all my veggies I asked for she put them all in the center did not bother to spread it amount the whole sandwich. I mean who wants to eat all bread and have all the veggies in the middle. SMH lastly I asked her to cut the 6inch in half and she was so angry (body language ) my sandwich ended up costing 13 dollars and some change because she charged me double meat and cheese. Three slices of meat is NOT double, not even the true amount for a reg meat. I will not be back if she is the one making my sandwich.
