Aweful...Small portions of meat, 1 piece of cheese on a 6in., stingy with all items and the sandwich Does not look like the picture! Bread was stale. Tomatoes had been there awhile, they look tired. Find another location or another restaurant altogether is my suggestion this one is a fail for sure. Chips in the bag were good.

I just moved to Dallas and was so excited to get some subway since i don’t have groceries yet but they had the doors locked more than 30 minutes early. So disappointing!!!
We decided to come to this location and what a disappointment!
When we got there it was empty, the lady that was there’s had everything empty, no lettuce no onions no lids , bad costumer service. We asked for chicken teriyaki she didn’t mention it’s not on the menu anymore but decided to give us what she wanted! . Yall need to train your employees better, instead of been on her phone she could have restock everything….

Well, I was hungry, and I was looking forward to grabbing some takeout, but the lights had been turned out, the door's locked, and I got out of my car to make sure that the doors were locked and what the store hours were and proceeded to leave a little disappointed and a bit irritated. I took a picture of the store hours and time, because as I was leaving, an employee peaked his head around the corner, so clearly somebody was there that just chose to be done for the day, even though theoretically he should've still been open and serving your customers. Hire better employees.

Had I read the reviews, I would have gone to a different location. Will not be returning here. Took almost 30 mins for a sandwich, 15 mins before they completed one person. And another 15 minutes cause their system froze
On top of that, they didn’t have breads available like the herbs and cheese or the ghost pepper bread and topping section was nearly empty….

Please save your money and go some place else! This is the worst Subway location in Texas. They barely understand English and gets mad when they mess up your order! Elderly lady in there has a nasty attitude, i don’t even think she’s fit to be working in a fast food establishment. She moves slower than molasses and constantly messes up your order or never tell you when they’re out of toppings! 0 stars if i could.
Employee is super talkative and extremely late. Waited over 20 minutes.

Worst location and the staff is very rude. I was asking for napkins for the Togo order and the staff said no napkins for the Togo order. Wil never go to this Iocation gain even if I’m starving to death.

I placed my order online and it’s missing American cheese and ham. This will be the first and last time I go to that subway.

Got to the store during lunch hour to find no one in line and then proceeded to wait for over 10 minutes for my order to be taken. Evidently making orders for people in the store takes less priority than orders for people not in the store. The one employee in the store was working diligently but clearly overwhelmed so I don't fault her for what is clearly terrible management.
