Made my night coming here and the staff was very friendly and gave me a bomb! sandwich, this is my go to location over the other subways around the area!

First time ordering food from this location. Picked this location cause the reviews were sightly higher than the other location around me.
1st of all the cashier was rude to me at first. I was ordering 4 sandwiches & had make call verification there sandwich. Like if I needed to get them toasted or not.
I can’t help it that she was only one working but no reason to rush me especially when there wasn’t anyone else in line behind me.
When the customers should alway come first no matter how short handed you are.
Other than the attitude, the food was very delicious my opinion. But next time I may decide to try out an another location to compare customers service.

Why send a page of coupons with no specific restrictions and then have an uninformed combative employee who refused to even look at the coupon and defend with his life the fact that tuna sandwiches don’t qualify for these coupons. I get its fast food and mostly garbage but it’s cheap and quick but last time for me. If any managers are reading you should consider firing or at least explaining that being rude to a customer and being so confident when you are wrong is bad business. I was there the day before and used a coupon with tuna with no issues. Life is jar enough without some punk who doesn’t know the rules being a jerk.

I’ve eaten at hundreds of Subways all over the world, and I don’t think there is a better one than this one. The daytime weekday crew here is literally the blueprint of how you would want a restaurant run. Always clean, always stocked, whole crew knows everything about every sandwich, always friendly and professional. Every one of the crew here ought to get a raise for their service

I ordered via the subway app at 11:17 am and the order was cancelled at 11:17am. They did not refund me my money at all. I called the store just like the email said to do. When I called Juan picked up and was extremely rude. I was telling about what happened and he said call the company. I said i ordered from the subway app and the email told me to call the store. He said CALL THE COMPANY and hung up in my face. I went to the store to speak with him and he was STILL RUDE. Telling me im going to either order or leave. This place is so rude and you should not spend your money with them

Super disappointed with my visit at this location. Stopped by for lunch to pick up my order I placed online. When I got back to the office, I opened my sandwich and the bread was hard as a rock, the lettuce was old, tomatoes were soggy and the meat was so old it had a dry ring around the edges. So gross, I threw it away immediately. I am shocked they had the nerve to even try to serve this!

The old short hispanic man is very rude and disrespectful. I wish I could give 0 stars. I went inside to pick up my online order and it wasn't ready. So as I saw him making my sandwich I stood at the counter. I choose less tomatoes online, he put several. So I stated oh not too many just a few. He looked up at me and placed more on my sandwich. I replied not more I don't like that many. He took 2 hands full and placed them on my sandwich and yelled gesshhh is this enough? I stated you know that's way too many and do NOT play with my food. He took them off and threw them back into the container on the line along with the lettuce and onion off my sandwich. If I hadn't already paid online I would've left without! Something needs to be done about his customer service.

My sandwich was great,20 inch, chicken and bacon onions, extra pickles , jalapeno ect.. with chips and 3 cookies. Fast service, cooked to perfection. But when did they get so pricey..
