I ordered a meatball sub with toasted bread.. The meatballs and sauce were ice cold. The bun was not toasted. Very poor service.

The guy got mad because I honestly didn't understand him when he said "herbs and cheese". Then he said we couldn't eat in there because he is closing in 10 mins

The worst subway that I have visited. The emmployee wanted to charge me $1. 50 for cucumber, $1.50 for peppers,etc. He took 45 minutes to finish 3 subways. Esperanza was working before the new employee, and she is the best employee in the world. She is very fast and nice lady

All the sandwiches were nasty and the veggies were outdated had to let the man making the sandwich to remove the old spinach from the sandwiches we ordered. Stop at the one by beltline and 75 everything was very fresh and very clean! Not stopping by this one again

You walk in the front door, and you were greeted by posters everywhere saying no coupons accepted. I've had one interaction with the owner of the place, he is very unwelcoming and I recommend you go to the location off of coit and Campbell

So not only do they refuse bogo coupons, they are restricted to cheaper subs. Subs were light on ingredients. Go to basically any of the other subways which usually accept all coupons with no weird restrictions and aren’t rude when you question the phrasing of the sign.
If I could leave a zero review I would.Thank you for remaking the sandwich of the lady before us who left and returned while you were making ours.Thank you for telling my family you can only make 2 of the 3 sandwiches we were going to order. No excuse why. Only that we could only have 2.Thank you for DROPPING ONE of the TWO sandwiches you DID make on the floor AND, than you for making THREE FOOTLONGS after we got our order checked out.I sure hope the owner of this franchise sees this. I am interested in the response.I am actually interested in the explanation as to this entire interaction. Can your employee explain this to me because, no matter how hard I try, I cannot find an acceptable excuse.

I'm sick of employees thinking washing hands for literally 2 seconds is effective. Subway, do you teach proper Hand-washing techniques? Because literally NO STORE in the DFW area seems to understand the concept.

This store is very stingy with ingredients. Our sandwiches had hardly any meet. If you ask for more of anything they act mad at you for asking. It has been like this almost every time we have gone.

I was not impressed at all by the service of the staff here. The facilities was not clean. I had received a coupon in the mail two days prior to my visit for buy a foot long get a foot long free they would not honor it because they said people were taking advantage of it. That is false advertisement sending someone mail and it is not going to be honored. I will not be returning to any subway again. It is just not that good. There are so many other places I can get good service and better quality food. I be spreading the word Subway is not all that.
